충남도는 5일 2025 음식문화개선사업 평가대회에서 천안시와 홍성군을 최우수 기관으로 선정했다고 밝혔다.

충남도와 한국외식업중앙회 충남도지회는 10월 30일부터 31일까지 이틀간 보령베이스콘도에서 평가대회를 개최했다. 도와 15개 시군 관계 공무원, 외식업지부 관계자 등 80여 명이 참석했다.

◆최우수 기관 천안·홍성 선정

충남도는 위생등급제 지정, 식품위생업소 시설 개선 자금 융자, 식중독 발생률, 안심식당 지정 등을 평가해 천안시와 홍성군을 최우수 기관으로 선정했다. 서산시와 서천군은 우수 공무원으로 선정됐다.

◆우수사례 공유·특강 진행

천안시, 홍성군, 한국외식업중앙회 충남지회 보령시지부가 음식문화 개선사업 추진 성과를 공유했다. 김현 청운대 교수는 '음식 Shorts 제작기법', 김용문 혜전대 교수는 '식품의 안전과 영양'을 주제로 특강을 진행했다.

◆도민 안전한 먹거리 관리 강화

이헌희 충남도 건강증진식품과장은 "이번 평가대회가 충남 음식문화를 발전시키는 계기가 되길 바란다"며 "도민이 믿고 선택할 수 있는 안전한 먹거리 관리와 외식산업 활성화를 위해 최선을 다할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

◆Best Institutions Cheonan and Hongseong Selected

Chungnam Province selected Cheonan City and Hongseong County as the best institutions by evaluating hygiene rating system designation, food hygiene business facility improvement fund loans, food poisoning incidence rate, and safe restaurant designation. Seosan City and Seocheon County were selected as excellent public officials.

◆Best Practices Sharing and Special Lectures

Cheonan City, Hongseong County, and the Boryeong City Branch of the Korea Food Service Industry Central Council Chungnam Chapter shared achievements in promoting food culture improvement projects. Professor Kim Hyun of Chungwoon University gave a special lecture on 'Food Shorts Production Techniques', and Professor Kim Yong-moon of Hyejeon University gave a special lecture on 'Food Safety and Nutrition'.

◆Strengthening Management of Safe Food for Residents

Lee Heon-hee, Director of Health Promotion and Food Division of Chungnam Province, stated, "I hope this evaluation contest will serve as an opportunity to further develop Chungnam's food culture," and "We will do our best to systematically manage safe food that residents can trust and choose, and to revitalize the food service industry."
