서전고등학교 학부모동아리와 한그루목공방이 직접 제작한 목공 밥상을 진천군에 기탁했다.

홍세연 서전고 학부모동아리 회장과 김태우 한그루목공방 공방장은 23일 진천군청을 방문해 100만원 상당의 목공 밥상을 전달했다.

이번 기탁은 서전고 학부모 동아리와 한그루목공방이 연합해 손수 제작한 밥상을 지역사회 소외된 이웃에게 전달하기 위해 마련됐다.

홍세연 회장은 "학부모들이 함께 마음을 모아 지역의 따뜻한 변화를 만들어갈 수 있어 뜻깊다"며 "이번 나눔이 어르신 가정에 작은 위로와 응원이 되길 바란다"고 말했다.

김태우 공방장은 "서전고 학부모동아리와 함께 작업해 뜻깊은 행사였다"며 "앞으로 한그루목공방도 어려운 이웃을 돕는 데 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

기탁한 성품은 충북사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 취약계층 어르신 가정에 전달된다.

The Seojeon High School Parents Club and Hangeuru Woodworking Studio donated wooden dining tables they made themselves to Jincheon County.

Hong Se-yeon, president of the Seojeon High School Parents Club, and Kim Tae-woo, head of Hangeuru Woodworking Studio, visited Jincheon County Office on the 23rd and delivered wooden dining tables worth 1 million won.

This donation was prepared to deliver tables handmade by the Seojeon High School Parents Club and Hangeuru Woodworking Studio in collaboration to underprivileged neighbors in the local community.

President Hong Se-yeon said, "It is meaningful that parents can come together to create warm changes in the region," adding "I hope this sharing will be a small comfort and encouragement to elderly households."

Workshop head Kim Tae-woo said, "It was a meaningful event to work with the Seojeon High School Parents Club," adding "Hangeuru Woodworking Studio will do its best to help neighbors in need in the future."

The donated items will be delivered to vulnerable elderly households in the district through the Chungbuk Community Chest.
