충북 옥천군의회가 2026년도 군정업무계획을 점검하는 임시회를 연다.
◆ 10일간 임시회, 군정계획 보고 청취
옥천군의회(의장 추복성)는 10월 29일부터 11월 7일까지 10일간 제328회 옥천군의회 임시회를 개최한다. 이번 임시회에서는 '2026년도 군정업무계획 보고'를 청취하고 부의안건을 심의·의결할 예정이다. 29일 행정운영위원회에서는 △「옥천군 국장 역할 강화를 위한 각종 위원회 위원장 정비 일괄개정조례안」 등 14건을, 산업경제위원회에서는 △「옥천군 개인형 이동장치 이용안전 증진 조례 일부개정조례안」 등 3건을 심의한 후 11월 7일 열리는 제8차 본회의에 상정해 의결할 예정이다.
◆ 5분 자유발언 및 국·과·소별 업무계획 청취
29일 본회의에서 '한국수화언어 활성화방안(박정옥 의원)'에 대해 5분 자유발언을 진행할 예정이며, 30일부터는 기획예산담당관을 비롯한 국·과·소 및 읍·면으로부터 2026년도 군정업무계획을 청취한다.
◆ 사업 추진 실효성 방안 제시
옥천군의회는 2026년도 옥천군 주요 사업의 성공적 추진을 위해 사업의 법적 사전절차를 검토하고, 예산 확보 및 추진상 문제점에 대한 실효성 있는 대응 방안을 제시할 방침이다. 추복성 의장은 "군정업무계획을 면밀히 분석해 사업의 개선점을 명확히 파악하고, 효율적인 추진 방안을 제시함으로써 지역 발전과 주민 복지 증진에 기여하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Okcheon County Council (Chairman Chu Bok-seong) will hold the 328th Okcheon County Council Extraordinary Session for 10 days from October 29 to November 7. This extraordinary session will hear the '2026 County Administration Plan Report' and deliberate and decide on agenda items. ◆ Proposing Effective Project Implementation Plans
Okcheon County Council plans to review legal preliminary procedures for projects and propose effective response plans for budget securing and implementation problems for successful implementation of major projects in Okcheon County in 2026. Chairman Chu Bok-seong stated, "We will contribute to regional development and improvement of resident welfare by thoroughly analyzing the county administration plan to clearly identify improvement points and proposing efficient implementation plans."
