충남교육청이 교육부 주관 2025 늘봄·방과후학교 우수사례 선정 심사에서 전국 최고 성적을 거뒀다.

충남교육청은 11월 6일 진행된 이번 심사에서 기관 부문 대상 1개, 학교 부문 최우수상 2개, 우수상 1개를 받았다고 밝혔다.

◆서산교육지원청, 기관 부문 유일 대상 수상

서산교육지원청은 기관 부문에서 유일하게 대상을 받았다. 서산교육지원청은 지자체와 협력해 지역 중심 돌봄 네트워크를 구축한 점을 인정받았다.

학교 부문에서는 한내초등학교(보령)와 정산중학교(청양)가 최우수상을 받았다. 두 학교는 학생 주도형 프로그램과 지역 연계형 방과후 활동을 운영했다.

온양여자고등학교(아산)는 우수상을 받았다. 온양여고는 고등학교 단계 맞춤형 방과후 운영 사례로 평가받았다.

◆지자체·대학 협력 프로그램 운영

충남교육청은 '누구나 누리고 모두가 함께 키우며 배움을 열어가는 충남형 늘봄학교'를 목표로 다양한 정책을 추진했다.

충남교육청은 지자체·대학과 협력한 라이즈(RISE) 늘봄 프로그램을 운영했다. 지역 대학 강사 인력을 활용해 인공지능(AI)·소프트웨어(SW) 중심 융합 프로그램을 진행했다.

아파트 커뮤니티와 주민자치센터 공간을 활용한 학교 밖 동네방네 늘봄교실도 운영했다. 소규모 공동 늘봄학교 시범 사업도 추진했다.

◆"현장 교원·지자체·지역사회 협력 성과"

김지철 충남교육감은 "이번 성과는 현장 교원과 지자체, 지역사회가 함께 만들었다"고 말했다.

김 교육감은 "모든 아이가 행복한 돌봄생태계를 완성하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆Seosan Education Support Office Wins Only Grand Prize in Institution Category

Seosan Education Support Office received the only grand prize in the institution category. Seosan Education Support Office built a community-centered care network through cooperation with local governments.

In the school category, Hannae Elementary School (Boryeong) and Jeongsan Middle School (Cheongyang) received top excellence awards. The two schools operated student-led programs and community-linked after-school activities.

Onyang Girls' High School (Asan) received an excellence award. Onyang Girls' High School was recognized for its customized after-school operation model for high school students.

◆Operating Programs in Cooperation with Local Governments and Universities

Chungnam Office of Education promoted various policies under the goal of "Chungnam-style Neulbom School where everyone enjoys, everyone raises together, and opens learning."

Chungnam Office of Education operated the RISE Neulbom Program in cooperation with local governments and universities. It conducted artificial intelligence (AI) and software (SW)-centered convergence programs using university instructor personnel from the region.

It also operated neighborhood Neulbom classrooms outside schools using apartment community and community center spaces. It also promoted a pilot project for small-scale joint Neulbom schools.

◆"Achievement Created by Field Teachers, Local Governments, and Communities"

Chungnam Superintendent of Education Kim Ji-cheol said, "This achievement was created together by field teachers, local governments, and communities."

Superintendent Kim stated, "We will complete a care ecosystem where all children are happy."
