◆ 청년 창업농 지원 위한 입주자 모집
당진시농업기술센터(소장 김석광)는 농지 확보에 어려움을 겪는 청년 창업농들에게 안정적인 창농 기회를 제공하기 위해 스마트원예단지(고대면 슬항리 1217-3번지 일원) 입주 대상자를 모집한다고 2025년 10월 31일 밝혔다. 이번 사업은 청년들이 용수 공급 시설과 지열에너지 이용 시설 등 스마트팜 기반의 농지를 임대받아 창농 초기의 경제적 부담을 덜고 안정적으로 영농을 시작할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련했다.
◆ 모집 대상 및 조건
신청 기간은 11월 10일부터 21일까지다. 입주 대상은 모집 공고일을 기준으로 18세 이상 45세 미만(1980년 10월 30일2007년 10월 29일 출생자)인 청년이다. 모집 인원은 7명11명(1~2구획/인)으로, 신청 시 거주지 제한은 없고 선발된 이후 계약 체결 전까지 당진시로 전입해야 한다. 모집 구획의 면적은 최소 0.25ha에서 최대 1ha다. 임대 기간은 기본 5년에 최대 10년까지 연장 가능하며, 임대 기간 종료 후에는 해당 부지를 입주자에게 매각할 계획이다. 부지 임대료는 충남 농가별 단위 면적당 농작물 수입의 10분의 1로, 초기 창농 부담을 크게 줄일 수 있다.
◆ 사전 설명회 및 신청 방법

This project was designed to help young people rent smart farm-based farmland with water supply facilities and geothermal energy utilization facilities, reducing the economic burden of the initial farming start-up and starting farming stably.
◆ Recruitment Target and Conditions
The application period is from November 10 to 21. Eligible residents are young people aged 18 or older and under 45 (born between October 30, 1980 and October 29, 2007) as of the recruitment announcement date. The number of recruits is 7 to 11 people (1-2 lots per person), there is no residence restriction when applying, and they must move to Dangjin City before signing a contract after being selected. The area of recruitment lots ranges from a minimum of 0.25ha to a maximum of 1ha.
