제45회 충청남도 시군 도시담당 협력회의 개최.
◆ 제45회 협력회의 개최
충청남도와 홍성군은 2025년 10월 30일부터 31일까지 홍성군 홍성읍 행정복지센터에서 '제45회(2025년 하반기) 충청남도 시·군 도시담당 협력회의'를 개최했다. 협력회의는 충남도 내 15개 시·군을 대상으로 매년 상·하반기 순환 개최하는 도시계획 관련 회의다. 2000년부터 현재까지 45회 개최됐다. 올해 회의에는 국토교통부, 충청남도 관계자 및 각 시·군 도시담당자 70여명이 참석했다.
◆ 기후위기 대응 특강 및 정책 공유
이번 회의는 '기후위기 시대의 탄소중립과 충남의 비전'을 주제로 한 특강으로 시작했다. 참가자들은 '공무원 소양교육'을 통해 공직자의 역할과 윤리의식을 재점검했다. '정비사업의 이해'를 주제로 최근 도시정비 정책과 현장 적용 사례를 공유했다. 회의에서는 도시계획 관련 제도 개선 및 규제개혁 방향을 공유했다. 각 시·군의 현안사항과 정책건의에 대해 토론을 진행했다. 참가자들은 다음달 2일까지 진행되는 '제3회 홍성 글로벌 바비큐페스티벌'에 참여했다.
◆ 실무 협력체계 강화 필요성 강조
김선진 홍성군 도시과장은 "이번 회의가 도시정책의 방향을 다시 점검하고, 도내 각 시·군이 지속가능한 도시로 발전하기 위한 소통의 장이 되었다"고 말했다. 김 과장은 "기후위기와 인구감소 등 복합적인 도전 속에서도 충남의 도시들이 상생 발전할 수 있도록 실무 협력체계를 더욱 강화해야 한다"고 강조했다.

◆ 45th Cooperation Meeting Held
Chungcheongnam-do Province and Hongseong-gun held the '45th (Second Half of 2025) Chungcheongnam-do City and County Urban Affairs Cooperation Meeting' from October 30 to 31, 2025, at the Hongseong-eup Administrative Welfare Center in Hongseong-gun. The cooperation meeting is an urban planning conference held twice a year for 15 cities and counties in Chungnam Province. It has been held 45 times from 2000 to the present. About 70 officials from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Chungcheongnam-do Province, and urban planning officials from each city and county attended this year's meeting.
◆ Special Lecture on Climate Crisis Response and Policy Sharing
The meeting began with a special lecture on 'Carbon Neutrality in the Era of Climate Crisis and Chungnam's Vision'. Participants re-examined the roles and ethics of public officials through 'Public Officials' Training'. They shared recent urban maintenance policies and field application cases under the theme of 'Understanding Maintenance Projects'. The meeting shared directions for system improvement and regulatory reform related to urban planning. Participants held discussions on pending issues and policy recommendations from each city and county. Participants attended the '3rd Hongseong Global BBQ Festival' which runs until the 2nd of next month.
◆ Emphasis on Strengthening Working-Level Cooperation System
Kim Seon-jin, Director of Hongseong-gun Urban Planning Division, said, "This meeting became a platform for re-examining urban policy directions and for communication among cities and counties in the province to develop into sustainable cities." Director Kim emphasized, "The working-level cooperation system must be further strengthened so that cities in Chungnam Province can develop in mutual prosperity despite complex challenges such as climate crisis and population decline."
