홍성군, 글로벌바비큐페스티벌서 전입·출산 지원정책 홍보
축제장 내 전입홍보 부스 운영…정주 혜택 원스톱 안내
합계출산율 1.05명으로 도내 군단위 1위 기록
홍성군은 홍성글로벌바비큐페스티벌 기간 동안 축제장 내 전입홍보 부스를 운영한다고 29일 밝혔다.
부스에서는 전입 지원, 정주 혜택, 출산 지원 정책을 원스톱으로 안내한다.
전입홍보 부스 운영은 홍성군 인구 증가 정책의 일환이다. 정부24 전입신고 안내 및 현장 상담, 신규 전입 세대 지원제도 안내, 출산지원 정책 등 맞춤형 상담 서비스를 제공한다.
군은 축제 기간(10월 30일~11월 2일) 동안 부스를 방문한 군민과 방문객을 대상으로 전입·출산 지원 정책을 집중 홍보한다.
충청남도 인구정책과는 10월 31일 홍성군 전입홍보 부스에서 힘쎈충남 풀케어 돌봄정책을 안내한다. 365x24 어린이집, 가족돌봄수당 지원사업 등 도 단위 돌봄지원 제도도 함께 홍보한다.
홍성군은 2024년 출생통계에서 합계출산율 1.05명을 기록해 도내 군단위 1위(충남 2위)를 차지했다.
이화선 인구전략담당관은 "저출산 위기 속에서도 두드러진 성과를 바탕으로, 아이 낳고 키우기 좋은 도시라는 강점을 살려 정주 혜택을 적극 홍보해 인구 유입을 지속 가능한 흐름으로 이끌겠다"고 말했다.
군은 앞으로 신혼부부·다자녀 가구 지원 강화와 생활밀착형 육아지원 확대 등 맞춤형 인구정책을 지속 발굴해 인구 유입의 선순환을 만들어간다는 계획이다.

Hongseong County announced on the 29th that it will operate a move-in promotion booth at the festival site during the Hongseong Global BBQ Festival period.
The booth will provide one-stop guidance on move-in support, settlement benefits, and childbirth support policies.
The move-in promotion booth operation is part of Hongseong County's population increase policy. It provides customized consulting services including Government24 move-in registration guidance and on-site consultation, information on support systems for new move-in households, and childbirth support policies.
The county will intensively promote move-in and childbirth support policies to residents and visitors who visit the booth during the festival period (October 30 to November 2).
The Chungcheongnam-do Population Policy Division will guide the Strong Chungnam Full Care childcare policy at the Hongseong County move-in promotion booth on October 31. It will also promote provincial-level childcare support systems such as the 365x24 daycare center and family care allowance support project.
Hongseong County recorded a total fertility rate of 1.05 in the 2024 birth statistics, ranking first among counties in the province (second in Chungnam).
Lee Hwa-sun, Population Strategy Officer, said, "Based on the outstanding achievements even amid the low birth rate crisis, we will actively promote settlement benefits by leveraging the strength of being a good city to have and raise children, leading population influx into a sustainable flow."
The county plans to continue discovering customized population policies such as strengthening support for newlywed couples and multi-child households and expanding life-oriented childcare support to create a virtuous cycle of population influx.
