옥천군, '제1회 청년 어울림 한마당 축제' 개최
28일부터 29일까지 충북도립대 일원...청년 기획단이 직접 구성한 참여형 축제
청년이 주인공 되는 문화축제
청년이 직접 기획하고 참여하는 참여형 문화축제인 「제1회 청년 어울림 한마당 축제」가 28일부터 29일까지 이틀간 충북도립대학교 일원에서 개최된다.
이번 축제는 '지역 청년이 주인공이 되는 축제의 시작'을 슬로건으로 공연·체험·교류가 어우러진 다채로운 프로그램이 펼쳐질 예정이다.
45개 마켓·체험부스 운영
축제 첫째 날인 28일에는 청년정책 홍보, 취업상담, 공예체험, 전공 전시 등 총 45개의 마켓과 체험부스가 운영된다. 특히 충북도립대학교 축제와 연계해 청년과 학생이 함께 어울리는 활기찬 청년문화의 장이 조성될 예정이다.
둘째 날에는 '옥니버스 토크쇼–농촌 청년의 삶 이야기'로 축제의 문을 열고 개막식과 본행사가 이어진다. 토크쇼에서는 농촌 청년들의 공익활동 사례와 지역사회 참여 경험이 공유되며 이어지는 '도립대 장기자랑'에서는 학생들의 재능과 끼를 발산하는 무대가 펼쳐진다.
지역 청년 예술인·인기 가수 출연
행사의 하이라이트인 축하 무대는 유진솔, 58D 밴드와 같은 지역 청년 예술인들의 열정적인 공연으로 시작되며 인기 가수 우디와 걸그룹 하이키가 출연해 축제의 열기를 끌어올릴 예정이다.
이번 축제는 청년 15명으로 구성된 '청년 축제 기획단'이 프로그램 구상부터 현장 운영까지 전 과정에 직접 참여해, 진정한 청년 주도형 행사로 진행된다.
황규철 옥천군수는 "이번 축제는 청년이 직접 기획하고 참여하는 첫 번째 청년 축제로, 청년 스스로 지역의 변화를 만들어가는 의미 있는 자리"라며 "많은 청년과 군민들이 함께 즐기며 옥천의 청년문화를 새롭게 만들어가는 계기가 되길 바란다"고 전했다.

The 「1st Youth Harmony Festival」, a participatory cultural festival planned and participated in directly by youth, will be held for two days from the 28th to the 29th at Chungbuk Provincial University area.
This festival will feature various programs combining performances, experiences, and exchanges under the slogan 'The beginning of a festival where local youth are the main characters'.
45 Markets and Experience Booths Operated
On the first day of the festival, the 28th, a total of 45 markets and experience booths will be operated including youth policy promotion, employment counseling, craft experiences, and major exhibitions. In particular, in connection with the Chungbuk Provincial University festival, a vibrant youth culture venue where youth and students mingle together will be created.
On the second day, the festival will open with 'Oknibus Talk Show–Stories of Rural Youth Life', followed by the opening ceremony and main event. The talk show will share cases of rural youth's public interest activities and community participation experiences, and the following 'Provincial University Talent Show' will feature a stage where students showcase their talents and skills.
Local Youth Artists and Popular Singers to Perform
The highlight of the event, the congratulatory stage, will begin with passionate performances by local youth artists such as Yoo Jin-sol and 58D Band, and popular singer Woody and girl group Hikey will appear to raise the festival's excitement.
This festival is conducted as a truly youth-led event, with the 'Youth Festival Planning Team' consisting of 15 youth directly participating in the entire process from program planning to on-site operation.
Okcheon County Governor Hwang Gyu-chul stated, "This festival is the first youth festival planned and participated in directly by youth, and is a meaningful occasion where youth themselves create change in the region," adding, "I hope it becomes an opportunity for many youth and county residents to enjoy together and newly create Okcheon's youth culture."
