옥천군이 27일 지방세를 성실하게 납부한 군민 150명을 추첨해 1인당 5만원 상당의 옥천사랑상품권을 지급했다.
군은 이날 군수실에서 '2025년 제2차 지방세 성실납세자 상품권 추첨'을 진행했다. 당첨자에게는 카드형 옥천사랑상품권을 지급한다.
대상자는 2025년 정기분 자동차세(6월), 재산세(7월·9월), 주민세(8월)를 납기 내 납부한 납세자다. 지방세 전산프로그램을 통해 150명을 무작위로 추첨했다.
이번 추첨은「옥천군 성실납세자 등 지원에 관한 조례」에 따라 시행됐다. 군은 납기 내 납부한 납세자에게 인센티브를 제공해 성실납세 분위기를 확산하고 건전한 납세문화를 정착시키기 위해 이 제도를 운영하고 있다.
군은 당첨된 납세자에게 5만원이 충전된 향수OK카드를 등기우편으로 발송한다.
황규철 옥천군수는 "지방세를 성실하게 납부한 군민들에게 감사드린다"며 "성실납세자가 존중받고 보람을 느낄 수 있는 따뜻한 납세 문화를 만들기 위해 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.
