예산군은 23일 군청 민원실에서 '찾아가는 운전면허 행정서비스'를 운영했다고 밝혔다.

예산군은 한국도로교통공단 예산운전면허시험장과 협력해 이번 서비스를 추진했다.

군민들은 운전면허시험장을 직접 방문하지 않고 운전면허 적성검사, 재발급, 갱신 등 면허 관련 행정업무를 한 번에 처리했다.

예산군은 지난 4월 28일 상반기 1차 운영을 진행했다. 이번 2차 운영을 통해 고령자와 교통약자 등이 서비스를 이용했다.

군 관계자는 "찾아가는 운전면허 행정서비스를 통해 군민들이 보다 쉽고 빠르게 행정업무를 처리할 수 있었다"며 "앞으로도 주민이 체감할 수 있는 맞춤형 민원서비스 제공에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
