충청북도교육청 직속기관 유아교육진흥원(원장 이양순)이 1월 12일부터 16일까지 유치원 복직 예정 교원 13명을 대상으로 직무연수를 운영한다.
◆ 2년 이상 휴직 교원 현장 적응 지원
교육공무원법에 따라 2년 이상 휴직 후 복직했거나 복직 예정인 교원이 대상이다. 연수는 기본역량 원격교육과 전문영역 대면교육을 혼합 운영한다. 기본역량 과정에서 교사 리더십, 성찰, 자율 등을 다룬다. 전문영역에서 수업, 생활지도, 교육공동체 참여 등을 교육한다.
◆ 유아 발달 이해와 사회정서 지원 중점
국립강릉원주대학교 유아교육과 오아름 교수가 '함께 자라는 교육: 유아 발달 이해와 사회정서심리 지원'을 주제로 강의한다. 이양순 원장은 "사례 중심 연수를 통해 교사다움을 회복하는 시간이 되길 바란다"며 "휴직 기간 공백을 채우고 자신감을 갖고 현장에 적응하길 기대한다"고 말했다.
◆ 원격·대면 혼합으로 효율성 높여
유아교육진흥원은 원격교육과 대면교육을 결합해 참여 교원의 편의성과 교육 효과를 높였다. 연수는 5일간 진행되며, 복직 교원의 전문성 향상과 현장 적응력 제고를 목표로 한다.

The Early Childhood Education Promotion Center (Director Lee Yang-soon), an affiliate of the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education, operates job training for 13 kindergarten teachers scheduled to return to work from January 12 to 16.
◆ Supporting Field Adaptation for Teachers on Leave Over 2 Years
The training targets teachers who returned or plan to return after taking leave for more than 2 years under the Public Education Officials Act. The program combines online education for basic competencies and in-person education for professional areas. The basic competency course covers teacher leadership, reflection, and autonomy. The professional area addresses teaching, student guidance, and educational community participation.
◆ Focus on Understanding Child Development and Social-Emotional Support
Professor Oh Ah-reum from the Department of Early Childhood Education at Gangneung-Wonju National University lectures on "Growing Together: Understanding Early Childhood Development and Social-Emotional Psychological Support." Director Lee Yang-soon said, "I hope this case-based training helps teachers rediscover their teaching identity" and added, "I expect returning teachers to fill the gap from their leave period and adapt to the field with confidence."
◆ Enhanced Efficiency Through Blended Learning
The Early Childhood Education Promotion Center combined online and in-person education to improve convenience and educational effectiveness for participating teachers. The five-day training aims to enhance professional competency and field adaptability of returning teachers.
