◆ 장학금 500만원 기탁, 졸업생과 신입생에 지급

송학감리교회(담임목사 박대성)가 송학중학교(교장 김덕진)에 장학금 500만원을 기탁했다. 교회는 1월 7일 2026년 졸업생에게 장학금을 먼저 지급했다. 3월 3일 입학하는 2026학년도 신입생에게도 장학금을 지급할 예정이다.

◆ 학교 관계자, 교회 예배 참석해 감사 인사

1월 11일 송학감리교회 주일예배에 김덕진 교장과 송학학교발전위원회 김태원 위원장이 참석했다. 학교 관계자들은 장학금 기탁에 감사를 표했다. 김덕진 교장은 "기탁받은 장학금이 학생들의 미래를 키우는 밑거름이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

◆ 송학감리교회, 지역사회 교육 지원 활동 지속

송학감리교회는 지역사회 나눔과 봉사활동을 실천해 왔다. 교회는 농·산촌 지역 학교의 교육 여건 개선을 위해 지원을 이어가고 있다. 송학중학교는 지역 기관과 협력해 학생 중심의 교육환경을 조성할 계획이다.

◆ 5 Million Won Scholarship Donated, Distributed to Graduates and New Students

Songhak Methodist Church (Senior Pastor Park Dae-seong) donated a 5 million won scholarship to Songhak Middle School (Principal Kim Deok-jin). The church first distributed the scholarship to 2026 graduates on January 7. The church plans to distribute scholarships to new students entering in the 2026 academic year on March 3.

◆ School Officials Attend Church Service to Express Gratitude

Principal Kim Deok-jin and Kim Tae-won, Chairman of the Songhak School Development Committee, attended the Sunday service at Songhak Methodist Church on January 11. School officials expressed gratitude for the scholarship donation. Principal Kim Deok-jin said, "We will do our best to ensure that the donated scholarship becomes a foundation for nurturing students' futures."

◆ Songhak Methodist Church Continues Community Education Support Activities

Songhak Methodist Church has been practicing community sharing and volunteer activities. The church continues to support improving educational conditions in rural and mountainous area schools. Songhak Middle School plans to create a student-centered educational environment through cooperation with local organizations.
