◆ 청양군, 4개 지구 629필지 지적재조사 추진

청양군(군수 김돈곤)이 2026년 지적재조사사업 실시계획을 수립하고 주민 의견 수렴에 나섰다. 청양읍 읍내3지구를 비롯한 4개 지구 총 629필지(면적 43만9772㎡)를 사업지구로 선정했다. 군은 주민들이 실시계획 내용을 확인하고 의견을 제출할 수 있도록 군 누리집과 해당 사업지구 관할 읍·면 게시판에 관련 사항을 공고했다.

◆ 사업비 1억2478만원 투입, 측량비 전액 국비

2026년 청양군 지적재조사사업은 총 4개 지구를 대상으로 사업비 1억2478만4000원을 투입해 추진된다. 측량비는 전액 국비로 충당된다. 지구별 대상은 청양읍 읍내3지구 110필지(3만6698.1㎡), 적누지구 185필지(17만1154.7㎡), 대치면 구치지구 133필지(11만9978㎡), 목면 대평2지구 201필지(11만1941.4㎡)다.

◆ 2027년 12월 사업 완료 목표

군은 주민 의견 수렴 후 2026년 2월 주민설명회를 시작으로 각 지구별 토지소유자 3분의 2 이상 동의를 받아 사업을 본격 추진할 계획이다. 이후 토지현황조사, 지적재조사 측량, 경계협의, 면적 증감에 따른 조정금 산정 등 절차를 거쳐 2027년 12월까지 사업을 완료할 방침이다. 군 관계자는 "지적재조사사업은 경계분쟁 해소, 맹지 해소, 토지 정형화 등으로 토지 활용가치를 높이는 사업"이라며 "토지소유자 여러분의 적극적인 참여와 협조를 부탁드린다"고 밝혔다.

A total of 629 parcels (area 439,772㎡) across 4 districts including Eupnae 3 District in Cheongyang-eup were selected as project districts. ◆ 124.78 Million Won Project Cost, Survey Expenses Fully Covered by National Budget

The 2026 Cheongyang-gun cadastral re-survey project will be implemented with a project cost of 124.784 million won targeting 4 districts. Survey expenses are fully covered by the national budget. District targets are Eupnae 3 District in Cheongyang-eup with 110 parcels (36,698.1㎡), Jeoknu District with 185 parcels (171,154.7㎡), Guchi District in Daechi-myeon with 133 parcels (119,978㎡), and Daepyeong 2 District in Mok-myeon with 201 parcels (111,941.4㎡).

◆ Project Completion Target December 2027

After collecting resident opinions, the county plans to begin with resident briefings in February 2026 and proceed with the project in earnest after obtaining consent from more than two-thirds of landowners in each district. The project will be completed by December 2027 through procedures including land status surveys, cadastral re-survey measurements, boundary consultations, and calculation of adjustment fees based on area changes. A county official stated, "The cadastral re-survey project increases land utilization value through resolving boundary disputes, eliminating landlocked parcels, and regularizing land shapes," adding, "We ask for active participation and cooperation from landowners."
