◆ AI-IoT 기반 어르신 건강관리 사업 인기
금산군보건소는 올해 인공지능-사물인터넷(AI-IoT) 기반 어르신 건강관리 사업이 인기를 얻었다고 밝혔다. 이 사업은 활동량계, 체성분계, 혈압계, 혈당계, 인공지능 스피커 등 스마트 디바이스를 '오늘 건강' 앱과 연동해 비대면 맞춤형 건강 미션을 제공한다. 대상 어르신들이 미션을 실천하는 방식으로 진행됐다.
◆ 211명 참여, 1만6993건 서비스 제공
올해부터 읍면 보건지소 및 보건진료소와 연계해 보건소와 거리가 먼 군민들도 참여할 수 있도록 사업 범위를 확대했다. 총 211명의 어르신이 참여했으며 1만6993건의 대면 및 비대면 건강관리 서비스를 제공했다. 금산군은 18일 서울시 중구에서 열린 2025년 모바일 보건소시스템 활용 성과대회에서 우수상을 받았다.
◆ 내년 65세 이상 대상 사업 지속 추진
보건소는 내년에도 보건지소 및 보건진료소를 통해 디지털 역량이 있는 65세 이상 어르신을 선정해 사업을 추진할 예정이다. 보건소 관계자는 "허약·만성질환 관리 및 건강관리 행태 개선이 필요한 어르신들이 AI-IoT 기반 건강관리 사업을 통해 스스로 건강을 관리할 수 있도록 돕겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ AI-IoT Based Senior Health Management Program Gains Popularity
Geumsan-gun Health Center announced that this year's AI-IoT based senior health management program gained popularity. The program provides non-contact customized health missions by linking smart devices such as activity trackers, body composition analyzers, blood pressure monitors, blood glucose meters, and AI speakers with the 'Today's Health' app. The program was conducted with participating seniors completing these missions.
◆ 211 Participants, 16,993 Services Provided
Starting this year, the program scope was expanded to allow residents far from the health center to participate by linking with eup-myeon health branches and health clinics. A total of 211 seniors participated, and 16,993 face-to-face and non-contact health management services were provided. Geumsan-gun received an excellence award at the 2025 Mobile Health Center System Utilization Performance Competition held in Jung-gu, Seoul on December 18.
◆ Program to Continue for Seniors 65 and Older Next Year
The health center plans to continue the program next year by selecting seniors aged 65 and older with digital capabilities through health branches and health clinics. A health center official stated, "We will help seniors who need frailty and chronic disease management and health behavior improvement to manage their own health through the AI-IoT based health management program."
