대소 삼정지구 도시개발사업은 음성군 대소면 삼정리 산 35-1번지 일원 18만7627㎡(약 5만6000평) 부지에 공동주택과 준주거시설, 단독주택, 주차장, 공원 등 기반시설을 건설하는 사업이다. 대소면 시가지에서 차량 5분, 대소IC에서 7분 거리에 위치한다. 인근에 대소중학교와 복합문화센터(수영장)가 있다. 단지 내 1800여 세대 공동주택이 들어설 예정이며 지난 2월 A2·A3 블록(975세대)은 계룡건설산업이 민간임대주택 건설을 위해 착공했다.

Approximately 1,800 apartment units will be built within the complex. Kyeryong Construction Industry began construction on blocks A2 and A3 (975 units) for private rental housing in February.
