충북도교육청은 6일 오전 11시41분께 충북 청주시 서원구 현도면 하석리 대청댐 인근에서 영동교육지원청 A주무관(6급)을 소방당국이 인양했다고 밝혔다. A주무관은 물에 빠져 숨진 상태였다. A주무관이 귀가하지 않자 남편이 경찰과 소방당국에 신고했다.
◆ 특근 매식비 150만원 부정사용 의혹
박진희 충북도의원(더불어민주당·비례)은 전날 행정사무감사에서 A주무관의 특근 매식비 부정 사용 의혹을 제기했다. 박 의원은 "2022년 노사정책과에서 지출한 특근 매식비가 정상 근무 시간에 여러 차례 사용됐다"며 "부정 사용 액수가 150만원을 넘는다"고 지적했다. 특근 매식비는 교직원 초과 근무 시 1인 1식 9000원 이내로 지원하는 식비다. 박 의원은 "노사정책과 직원들이 근무시간에 특근 매식비를 부정하게 사용했고, 출근하지 않은 날에도 카드를 사용해 영수증을 처리했다"고 밝혔다.
◆ 태블릿PC 3대 분실 후 중고품으로 교체
박 의원은 노사정책과에 보급된 태블릿PC 4대 중 3대가 분실됐다고 지적했다. 박 의원은 "한 주무관이 중고 제품을 구매해 교체했다"며 "부서 공용물품 관리가 허술해 철저한 감사가 필요하다"고 말했다. 하재숙 노사정책과장은 "직원 특근 매식비가 규정에 맞게 지출되지 않은 점과 태블릿PC 분실을 확인해 감사관에 정식 감사를 요청했다"고 답변했다.

Ha Jae-sook, Director of Labor-Management Policy Division, responded, "We confirmed that employee overtime meal expenses were not disbursed according to regulations and tablet PCs were lost, so we requested a formal audit from the audit office."
