논산시가 수입식품 위생·안전 관리 강화에 나선다. 논산시는 12월 8일부터 19일까지 외국 음식점과 수입식품 판매업소를 대상으로 합동 단속을 실시한다. 논산시와 충청남도는 이번 단속을 위해 합동 단속반을 편성했다.
◆ 미신고 영업·소비기한 위변조 등 점검
주요 단속 내용은 미신고 영업 행위 및 변경 신고 미이행, 무신고·무표시 제품 유통·판매, 소비기한 및 제조 일자 위·변조, 소비기한 경과 제품 보관·진열 등이다.
◆ 불법행위 강력 조치 예고
논산시 관계자는 "이번 단속에서 적발된 고의적 불법행위는 관계 법령에 따라 강력히 조치할 예정"이라며 "시민에게 안전한 먹거리 환경을 제공하기 위해 불법 수입식품 유통·판매를 차단하고 수입식품 판매업소 안전 관리에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
