◆ 진천군의회 제4차 본회의 개최
진천군의회(의장 이재명)는 5일 제333회 제2차 정례회 제4차 본회의를 열었다. 군의회는 이날 의원발의 조례안 2건을 추가 의결했다. 이번 정례회에서 처리한 의원발의 조례안은 총 8건이다.
◆ 여비 조례 개정안 의결
성한경 의원(국민의힘·비례대표)은 진천군의회 지방공무원 여비 조례 일부개정조례안을 발의했다. 개정안은 국민권익위원회 권고에 따라 월액여비 지급대상 기준을 구체화했다. 월액여비는 월 출장일수 15일 이상 공무원에게 상시출장여비를 일괄 지급하는 제도다.

◆ 바르게살기운동 지원 조례 제정
이재명 의원(국민의힘·가선거구)과 윤대영 의원(국민의힘·가선거구)은 진천군 바르게살기운동조직 육성 및 지원 조례안을 공동 발의했다. 조례안은 바르게살기운동조직 지원 근거를 강화하고 지원 범위를 확대하는 내용을 담았다. 군의회는 군민 삶 향상을 위해 입법 활동을 이어가고 있다.

◆ Jincheon County Council Holds 4th Plenary Session
Jincheon County Council (Chairman Lee Jae-myeong) held the 4th plenary session of the 333rd 2nd regular session on December 5. The council passed two additional council member-initiated ordinances. A total of eight council member-initiated ordinances were processed during this regular session.
◆ Travel Expense Ordinance Amendment Passed
Council Member Seong Han-kyung (People Power Party, proportional representation) proposed the partial amendment to the Jincheon County Council Local Public Officials Travel Expense Ordinance. The amendment specifies criteria for monthly travel allowance recipients following recommendations from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission. Monthly travel allowance is a system that provides lump-sum travel expenses to public officials with 15 or more business trip days per month.
◆ Right Living Movement Support Ordinance Enacted
Council Member Lee Jae-myeong (People Power Party, Ga constituency) and Council Member Yoon Dae-young (People Power Party, Ga constituency) jointly proposed the Jincheon County Right Living Movement Organization Fostering and Support Ordinance. The ordinance strengthens the legal basis for supporting Right Living Movement organizations and expands the scope of support. The council continues legislative activities to improve residents' quality of life.
