◆ 제333회 제2차 정례회 제4차 본회의 개최

진천군의회가 5일 제333회 제2차 정례회 제4차 본회의를 열고 의원발의 조례안 2건을 추가 의결했다. 이재명 의장이 본회의를 주재했다.

◆ 여비 조례 개정안·바르게살기운동 지원 조례안 통과

성한경 의원(국민의힘·비례대표)은 진천군의회 지방공무원 여비 조례 일부개정조례안을 발의했다. 이 조례안은 국민권익위원회 개선 권고에 따라 상시출장 공무원 월액여비 지급대상 기준을 구체화했다. 월액여비는 월 출장일수 15일 이상인 공무원에게 상시출장여비를 일괄 지급하는 규정이다.

이재명 의원(국민의힘·가선거구)과 윤대영 의원(국민의힘·가선거구)은 진천군 바르게살기운동조직 육성 및 지원 조례안을 공동 발의했다. 이 조례안은 바르게살기운동조직 지원 근거를 강화하고 지원 범위를 확대하는 내용을 담았다.

◆ 이번 정례회 의원발의 조례안 총 8건

진천군의회는 이번 제333회 제2차 정례회에서 의원발의 조례안 총 8건을 처리했다. 군의회는 군민 삶 향상을 위해 입법 활동을 이어가고 있다.

◆ 4th Plenary Session of 333rd 2nd Regular Session Held

Jincheon County Council held the 4th plenary session of the 333rd 2nd regular session on the 5th and passed 2 additional lawmaker-proposed ordinances. Chairman Lee Jae-myung presided over the plenary session.

◆ Travel Expense Ordinance Amendment and Righteous Living Movement Support Ordinance Passed

Councilor Seong Han-kyung (People Power Party, proportional representative) proposed the partial amendment to the Jincheon County Council Local Public Officials Travel Expense Ordinance. This ordinance specifies the criteria for monthly travel allowance recipients for regular business trip officials following the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission's improvement recommendations. Monthly travel allowance is a provision that allows lump-sum payment of regular business trip expenses to officials with 15 or more business trip days per month.

Councilor Lee Jae-myung (People Power Party, District A) and Councilor Yoon Dae-young (People Power Party, District A) jointly proposed the Jincheon County Righteous Living Movement Organization Fostering and Support Ordinance. This ordinance strengthens the legal basis for supporting Righteous Living Movement organizations and expands the scope of support.

◆ Total 8 Lawmaker-Proposed Ordinances This Regular Session

Jincheon County Council processed a total of 8 lawmaker-proposed ordinances at this 333rd 2nd regular session. The county council continues legislative activities to improve residents' quality of life.
