◆ 행안부 주관 컨설팅 실시

보령시는 4일 CCTV관제센터 회의실에서 행정안전부 주관 '사회재난현장 수습활동 역량강화 컨설팅'을 실시했다. 이번 교육은 다중운집인파 사고와 소방대상물 화재 등 사회재난 수습 담당 21개 부서 공무원 35명을 대상으로 진행했다.

◆ 실제 사례 기반 교육

교육은 실제 재난 사례를 활용해 사회재난 수습체계와 분야별 수습활동 요령을 전달했다. 지역재난안전대책본부와 통합지원본부 가동 시기 및 방법도 설명했다. 재난피해자 전담기구 설치·운영 방안과 전담공무원 배치 역할도 안내했다.

◆ 시민 안전 보호 다짐

오경철 보령시 안전총괄과장은 "이번 교육으로 단계별 임무와 협업체계를 명확히 했다"며 "재난 대응 역량을 지속 강화해 시민 생명과 재산 보호에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Boryeong City held a 'Social Disaster Site Recovery Capacity Building Consulting' session at the CCTV Control Center conference room on December 4. The Ministry of the Interior and Safety supervised the program. The training targeted 35 officials from 21 departments responsible for social disaster recovery, including crowd crush incidents and building fires.

The session used actual disaster cases to explain social disaster recovery systems and field response procedures. Instructors detailed activation timing and methods for Regional Disaster Safety Countermeasures Headquarters and Integrated Support Headquarters. The program also covered establishment of victim support organizations and assignment of dedicated officials.

◆ Commitment to Public Safety

Oh Kyung-chul, Head of Boryeong City's Safety Management Division, stated, "This training clarified step-by-step duties and cooperation systems." He added, "We will continue strengthening disaster response capabilities to protect citizens' lives and property."
