◆ 2025년 통합워크숍서 우수사업 선정

청주시는 4일 청주오스코에서 열린 '2025년 지역 국가유산교육 활성화 사업 통합워크숍'에서 '탐나는 청주'가 우수사업에 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 국가유산청이 이번 워크숍을 주최했다. 탐나는 청주는 2022년부터 4년 연속 국가유산청장상을 수상했다.

◆ 삼국시대 청주 유산 가치 전달하는 3개 프로그램 운영

탐나는 청주는 국가유산청 복권기금을 지원받아 청주시가 추진한 사업이다. 청주 신봉동 고분군(사적) 등 지역 국가유산을 기반으로 삼국시대 청주의 모습과 유산 가치를 전달한다. 충청북도역사문화연구원이 2018년부터 프로그램을 운영하며 교육 체계를 고도화했다.

프로그램은 3가지로 구성됐다. 분교·지역아동센터 등 소외지역과 소외계층을 방문하는 '찾아가는 무사 신봉의 이야기', 초등 고학년 대상 '너의 목소리가 들려', 고고학자·학예연구사 등 유산 관련 직업을 탐구하는 '손잡고 나와 함께, 백제와 함께'다.

◆ 가족형 프로그램 시범 운영 호응 얻어

'너의 목소리가 들려'와 '손잡고 나와 함께, 백제와 함께'는 올해 부모와 자녀가 함께하는 가족형 프로그램을 시범 운영했다. 참여 학부모는 "국가유산과 연계된 다양한 직업군을 알게 됐다"며 "자녀 장래에 참고할 만한 사항이 생겼다"고 말했다.

시 관계자는 "4년 연속 우수사업 선정은 청주시와 충북역사문화연구원이 함께 구축한 지역 국가유산교육의 전문성과 완성도를 인정받은 결과"라며 "앞으로도 지역민이 청주의 국가유산을 쉽고 흥미롭게 접할 수 있도록 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Selected as Excellent Project at 2025 Integrated Workshop

Cheongju City announced on December 4 that 'Tamnaneun Cheongju' was selected as an excellent project at the '2025 Regional National Heritage Education Activation Project Integrated Workshop' held at Cheongju OSCO. The National Heritage Agency hosted the workshop. Tamnaneun Cheongju has won the National Heritage Agency Director Award for four consecutive years since 2022.

◆ Three Programs Deliver Value of Three Kingdoms Period Cheongju Heritage

Tamnaneun Cheongju is a project promoted by Cheongju City with support from the National Heritage Agency lottery fund. The program delivers the appearance of Cheongju during the Three Kingdoms period and the value of heritage based on local national heritage including Cheongju Sinbong-dong Ancient Tombs (Historic Site). The Chungcheongbuk-do Institute of History and Culture has operated the program since 2018 and advanced the educational system.

The program consists of three parts: 'Story of Warrior Sinbong' visiting underserved areas such as branch schools and local children's centers, 'I Can Hear Your Voice' for upper elementary school students, and 'Hand in Hand with Me, Together with Baekje' exploring heritage-related careers such as archaeologists and curators.

◆ Family Programs Pilot Operation Receives Positive Response

'I Can Hear Your Voice' and 'Hand in Hand with Me, Together with Baekje' pilot operated family programs for parents and children together this year. A participating parent said, "I learned about various career fields related to national heritage" and "It gave me reference points for my child's future."

A city official said, "Being selected as an excellent project for four consecutive years is the result of recognition for the expertise and completeness of regional national heritage education that Cheongju City and Chungbuk Institute of History and Culture have built together" and "We will continue to work so that local residents can easily and interestingly access Cheongju's national heritage."
