◆ 홍성교육지원청, 민원대응팀 역량강화 배움자리 열어

충남 홍성교육지원청은 2025년 12월 2일 오후 3시 덕산 스플라스리솜 회의실에서 '2025 학교별 민원대응팀 역량강화 배움자리'를 개최했다. 임광섭 교육장이 이끄는 홍성교육지원청은 관내 초·중·고등학교 민원대응팀을 대상으로 이번 연수를 마련했다. 연수 목적은 민원 유형별 효과적 대응 방안 공유와 민원대응팀 심리건강 회복 지원이다.

◆ 민원처리 요령·마음건강 힐링 연수 진행

배움자리는 두 가지 프로그램으로 운영됐다. 첫 번째는 충남도교육청 장학사가 진행한 민원처리 요령 연수다. 실제 민원 사례 분석, 민원 단계별 처리 절차, 대응 시 유의사항 등 실질적 역량 강화 내용을 다뤘다. 두 번째는 상담사가 진행한 마음건강 힐링 연수다. 민원 대응 과정에서 누적되는 정서적 피로 회복, 회복적 소통 기술, 마음 돌봄 전략 등을 중심으로 운영했다.

◆ 임광섭 교육장 "안정된 교육환경 조성 기대"

임광섭 교육장은 "학교 민원은 학생·학부모·교직원 모두에게 영향을 미치는 중요한 사안이다"라고 말했다. 임 교육장은 "이번 배움자리가 학교 현장 민원 대응 역량을 강화하는 계기가 되기를 바란다"며 "민원으로 인한 심리적 부담이 줄어들고 안정된 교육환경 조성에 도움이 되기를 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Hongseong Office of Education Opens Capacity Building Session for Civil Complaint Response Teams

The Hongseong Office of Education in South Chungcheong Province held the '2025 School Civil Complaint Response Team Capacity Building Session' at the Duksan Splasworth Conference Room at 3 p.m. on December 2, 2025. Superintendent Lim Kwang-seop organized this training for civil complaint response teams at elementary, middle, and high schools in the district. The purpose of the training is to share effective response measures by civil complaint type and support mental health recovery for civil complaint response teams.

◆ Civil Complaint Handling and Mental Health Healing Training Conducted

The session consisted of two programs. The first was civil complaint handling training conducted by a supervisor from the South Chungcheong Provincial Office of Education. It covered practical capacity building content including analysis of actual civil complaint cases, step-by-step complaint handling procedures, and precautions when responding. The second was mental health healing training conducted by a counselor. It focused on recovering from emotional fatigue accumulated during the civil complaint response process, restorative communication skills, and mental care strategies.

◆ Superintendent Lim Kwang-seop "Expects Stable Educational Environment"

Superintendent Lim Kwang-seop said, "School civil complaints are important issues that affect students, parents, and all faculty members." Superintendent Lim stated, "I hope this session will serve as an opportunity to strengthen civil complaint response capabilities in schools" and added, "I expect it will help reduce psychological burden from civil complaints and create a stable educational environment."
