◆ 정기협의회 개최

충청남도 아산교육지원청은 12월 3일 오후 3시 아산특수교육지원센터에서 '2025 장애학생 인권지원단 하반기 정기협의회'를 개최했다. 신세균 교육장이 주재한 이번 협의회에는 교육지원청 관계자, 특수교육지원센터, 학교 관리자, 경찰, 장애인성폭력아산상담소, 아산시청, 충남중부아동보호전문기관, 아산늘품상담지원센터, 특수교육전문가, 학부모, 전담인력 등 총 13명이 참석했다.

◆ 2025년 주요 사업 성과

아산특수교육지원센터는 2025년 한 해 동안 다양한 사업을 추진했다. 특수교육대상학생 배치교 105교를 대상으로 학교방문 정기지원활동을 실시했다. 인권침해 사안 발생 시 특별지원활동을 전개했다. 지역 유관기관과 연계하여 예방교육활동을 진행하고 폭력 사안 발생 시 피해학생 지원과 가해학생 교육을 병행했다. 인권침해가 있었거나 우려가 있는 '더봄 장애학생' 대상 개인 상담을 실시했다. 장애학생 대상 집중 성폭력예방교육을 진행했다. 아산시청과 아동학대 지원 방안을 연계하여 안전망 구축에 나섰다.

◆ 2026년 사업 방향

신세균 교육장은 "장애학생 인권지원단은 2025년 사업을 통해 장애학생 인권 보호 기반을 더욱 공고히 했다"고 평가했다. 신 교육장은 "2026년에는 더 촘촘한 현장 지원, 예방 중심 프로그램 실시, 사례관리 강화 등 사업을 추진할 예정이다"고 밝혔다.

◆ Regular Meeting Held

Chungcheongnam-do Asan Office of Education held the '2025 Second Half Regular Meeting of Human Rights Support Group for Students with Disabilities' at Asan Special Education Support Center at 3 p.m. on December 3. Superintendent Shin Se-gyun presided over the meeting. A total of 13 people attended the meeting including officials from the Office of Education, Special Education Support Center, school administrators, police, Asan Sexual Violence Counseling Center for the Disabled, Asan City Hall, Chungnam Central Child Protection Agency, Asan Neulpum Counseling Support Center, special education experts, parents and dedicated personnel.

◆ Major Project Results in 2025

Asan Special Education Support Center implemented various projects throughout 2025. The center conducted regular school visit support activities for 105 schools with special education students. The center carried out special support activities when human rights violations occurred. The center conducted prevention education activities in cooperation with local related organizations and provided support for victims and education for perpetrators when violence occurred. The center provided individual counseling for 'Deobom students with disabilities' who experienced or were at risk of human rights violations. The center conducted intensive sexual violence prevention education for students with disabilities. The center established a safety net by linking child abuse support measures with Asan City Hall.

◆ 2026 Business Direction

Superintendent Shin Se-gyun said "The Human Rights Support Group for Students with Disabilities has further strengthened the foundation for protecting the human rights of students with disabilities through the 2025 project." Superintendent Shin said "In 2026 we plan to pursue projects such as more detailed field support, prevention-focused programs and strengthened case management."
