강연수 음성군청 세정과장이 "외국인 근로자와 다문화가정이 증가함에 따라 지방세 납부 절차를 명확히 안내할 필요가 있다"며 "충청북도 안내문을 활용해 행정비용을 절감하면서 군민 모두를 포용하는 행정을 지속하겠다"고 말했다.
