대전교통공사·서비스노조, 3년 연속 무분규 임금협약 체결

◆ 4개월 협의 끝 임금협약 최종 확정

대전교통공사는 지난 21일 대전세종지역서비스노동조합과 임금협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 대전세종지역서비스노조는 지난 3월 단체교섭 요구를 시작으로 약 4개월간 논의를 진행했다. 양측은 8월 단체협약을 우선 체결한 뒤 세부 협의를 이어와 이날 임금협약 최종안을 확정했다.

◆ 교통약자이동지원센터 이관 후 3년 연속 무분규

이번 합의는 교통약자이동지원센터가 2023년 대전교통공사로 이관된 뒤 3년 연속 무분규로 임금·단체협약을 마무리한 사례다. 대전교통공사는 이를 기반으로 교통약자 이동지원 서비스의 안정성과 이용 편의성을 강화할 수 있는 기반을 마련했다고 밝혔다.

대전교통공사와 대전세종지역서비스노조는 이번 임금협약 체결로 3년 연속 평화적 교섭을 이어가게 됐다.
