◆ 통합방위협의회 개최

예산군은 21일 군청 대회의실에서 2025년 4분기 통합방위협의회를 개최했다. 예산군수와 제1789부대 3대대, 예산경찰서, 예산교육지원청 등 주요 기관·단체장이 참석해 지역 통합방위 태세를 점검했다. 각 기관은 지역 안보 환경을 재점검하고 유관기관 협조사항을 공유했다.

◆ 보훈 의식 확산 협력

참석자들은 윤봉길 의사 순국일 조기게양 협조와 국가보훈대상자 생필품 구입 현장할인 등 보훈 관련 군정 홍보자료를 공유했다. 각 기관은 지역사회 보훈 의식 확산에 뜻을 모았다.

◆ 겨울철 재난 대비 체계 강화

참석자들은 겨울철 대설과 한파에 대비한 기관 간 협력 방안과 비상 대응 체계를 논의했다. 최재구 통합방위협의회 의장은 "각 기관이 역할을 충실히 수행하면서 위기 상황에서 한 팀처럼 움직이는 체계가 중요하다"고 강조했다. 의장은 "최근 민·관·군·경 협력으로 수해 복구에 총력을 기울인 만큼 앞으로 유기적 연계를 통해 군민 안전을 최우선으로 하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Each organization reviewed the local security environment and shared cooperative matters among relevant agencies.

Attendees shared government promotional materials related to veterans affairs, including cooperation on early flag-raising for Dr. Yun Bongil's martyrdom anniversary and on-site discounts for daily necessities purchased by national veterans affairs beneficiaries. Each organization shared commitment to expanding veterans affairs awareness in the local community.

◆ Strengthening Winter Disaster Preparedness System

Attendees discussed inter-agency cooperation plans and emergency response systems in preparation for winter heavy snow and cold waves. Choi Jae-gu, chairman of the Integrated Defense Council, emphasized "it is important to have a system where each organization fulfills its role while moving as one team in crisis situations." The chairman stated "given the recent example of civil, government, military, and police cooperation in flood recovery efforts, we will continue to ensure military-civilian safety as the top priority through organic coordination."
