홍성교육지원청(교육장 임광섭)은 11월 22일 토요일 홍주문화체육센터와 홍성군장애인스포츠센터에서 '2025 교육장배 교직원 체육대회'를 개최했다. 관내 학교 교직원 322명이 참가한 이번 대회는 배구 10개팀과 2인3각 3개팀 총 13개팀이 참여했다.

배구 종목에서 갈산·서부연합팀이 우승을 차지했으며 금마초가 2위, 홍주초와 내포초가 공동 3위에 올랐다. 2인3각 종목은 8명이 팀을 이루어 릴레이 방식으로 진행되었다. 공기놀이·비석치기·제기차기·딱지치기 등 전통놀이 요소를 미션에 접목했으며 참여 교직원들의 호응을 얻었다. 홍주초가 2인3각 1위, 용봉초가 2위, 내포초가 3위를 기록했다.

◆ 입상팀에 상품권·지역특산물 전달

시상식에서 배구 입상팀에 홍성사랑상품권을 전달했고 2인3각 입상팀에 지역특산물 광천김을 제공했다. 임광섭 교육장은 "교직원들이 협력과 화합을 경험하는 뜻깊은 대회였다"며 "앞으로도 건강한 학교문화 조성과 교직원 복지 증진을 위해 다양한 프로그램을 마련하겠다"고 밝혔다.

The Galsan and Western Union Team won the volleyball competition, with Geumma Elementary School placing second and Hongju Elementary and Naepo Elementary tying for third place. The three-legged race format featured eight-member teams competing in relay style. Traditional games including cup-and-ball games, stone-flipping, kickball shuttlecock play, and flipping tiles were incorporated as missions, garnering positive response from participating staff. Hongju Elementary School placed first in the three-legged race, with Yongbong Elementary School placing second and Naepo Elementary School placing third.

◆ Gift Certificates and Regional Specialty Products Awarded to Winning Teams

At the awards ceremony, gift certificates from Hongseong Love were presented to the volleyball winning teams, and local specialty products of Gwangcheon seaweed were provided to the three-legged race winning teams. Superintendent Lim Gwang-seop stated, "This was a meaningful event where staff members experienced cooperation and unity," and added, "Going forward, we will prepare various programs to foster a healthy school culture and enhance staff welfare."
