신당초등학교(교장 우선희)는 11월 20일(금) 학생 주도 진로박람회를 개최했다. 이 행사는 학생들이 진로 탐색 과정에서 자신의 흥미와 적성을 파악하고, 주도성과 협력 능력을 기르기 위해 마련됐다. 학생들은 기획 단계부터 행사 운영까지 전 과정을 직접 담당했다.

◆ 학생이 구성한 7개 분야 체험 부스 운영

학생들은 관심 분야를 주제로 체험 부스 7개를 직접 구성했다. 공예, 유화 미술, 수학 자물쇠 풀기, 핸드벨 연주, 테니스, 피아노, 댄스 등이 행사장에서 운영됐다. 참석한 학부모와 교직원들은 학생들의 설명을 들으며 체험에 참여했다. 3학년 학생은 "관심 분야로 부스를 만들었고, 참석자들에게 설명하는 경험을 얻었다"고 전했다.

◆ 학생자치회 선출 사회자, 장기자랑 무대 진행

장기자랑 무대는 학생들이 직접 준비한 춤, 노래, 마술, 악기 연주 공연으로 진행됐다. 2학년 학생이 학생자치회 선출에 따라 무대 사회를 맡았다. 행사 후 학생들은 '따뜻한 마음 나누기' 시간을 통해 서로에게 칭찬과 감사의 말을 전하며 마무리했다.

Shindan Elementary School (Principal Woo Seon-hee) held a student-led career expo on Friday, November 20. The event was designed for students to identify their interests and aptitudes through career exploration and develop leadership and collaboration skills. Students took charge of all processes from planning through event operation.

◆ Seven Field Experience Booths Organized by Students

Students directly organized seven experience booths based on their fields of interest. Crafts, oil painting, mathematics lock puzzles, hand bell performance, tennis, piano, and dance were operated at the event venue. Parents and staff members who attended participated in the experiences while listening to students' explanations. A third-grade student stated, "I created a booth based on my interests and gained experience explaining to visitors."

◆ Student Council-Selected Emcee Hosts Talent Show Stage

The talent show stage proceeded with students' performances including dance, singing, magic, and instrumental music. A second-grade student served as the emcee for the stage based on selection by the student council. After the event, students concluded the program through a "Sharing Warm Hearts" session, exchanging words of praise and gratitude with one another.
