◆ 지난 23일 인천에서 개최된 자매결연 교류행사

음성읍 주민자치회(회장 곽상선)는 지난 23일 인천광역시 연수구 송도2동 주민자치센터에서 송도2동 주민자치회와 자매결연 교류행사를 개최했다. 이 행사에는 음성읍 주민자치회, 송도2동 주민자치회, 음성군과 연수구 관계 공무원들이 참석했다.

◆ 2019년 맺은 자매결연 실현 구체화

두 기관은 2019년 자매결연을 체결한 이후 지속적으로 협력해왔다. 송도2동 주민자치회는 지난해 제25회 품바축제 퍼레이드에 참가했다. 이번 행사에서는 양 기관 주민자치 우수사례와 운영 현황을 소개했고, 지역 특산품 홍보와 전달을 진행했다.

◆ "배움과 나눔의 동반자 되길"

곽상선 회장은 "이번 교류 행사를 계기로 두 지역 주민자치회가 배움과 나눔, 상생의 정신으로 지역사회를 이끄는 동반자가 되길 기대한다"고 밝혔다. 음성읍 주민자치회는 앞으로 타 지역과의 교류와 우수 정책 공유를 통해 자치 역량을 강화하고 지역사회 균형발전을 추진할 계획이다.

◆ Actualizing sister-city ties established in 2019

The two organizations have continuously cooperated since establishing their sister-city relationship in 2019. The Songdo 2-dong Residents' Autonomous Council participated in last year's 25th Pumba Festival Parade. At this event, both organizations introduced their residents' autonomous best practices and operational status, and conducted local specialty product promotion and delivery.

◆ "Becoming partners in learning, sharing and coexistence"

Chairman Kwak stated, "I hope that through this exchange event, the residents' autonomous councils of both regions will become partners in guiding the local community with the spirit of learning, sharing and coexistence." The Eumseong-eup Residents' Autonomous Council plans to strengthen its autonomous capacity through continued exchanges with other regions and the sharing of excellent policies, and to promote balanced development of the local community.
