◆ 500명 교원 대상 AI 교실혁명 연수 시작
충남교육청(교육감 김지철) 11월 12일부터 12월 20일까지 초중고 교원 500명을 대상으로 맞춤형 인공지능 교육체제 구축을 위한 '디지털 역량 강화(교실혁명) 연수'를 운영한다. 연수는 교육부와 시·도교육청 인공지능·디지털 기반 정책을 학교 현장에 확산하고 교원의 수업 혁신 역량을 높이기 위해 기획했다.
◆ 비대면과 대면 혼합한 7시간 프로그램
연수는 총 5기수로 진행되며 비대면 4시간과 대면 3시간으로 구성된 혼합형이다. 충남교육청 미래교육 통합플랫폼 '마주온'을 활용한 비대면 연수는 인공지능 정책 이해, 2022 개정 교육과정의 디지털 역량 요소, 디지털 기반 수업 사례 중심으로 진행된다. 대면 연수는 인공지능 기반 수업 활용 사례 체험과 교실 적용 수업 아이디어 구안·발표 등 실습 중심으로 운영된다. 연수 장소는 아산·천안·당진·논산·예산 등 5개 지역 거점에서 실시된다.
◆ 디지털 선도학교 교사 등 미래교육 핵심 인력 참여
충남교육청은 디지털 역량 강화에 관심 있는 교원뿐만 아니라 디지털 선도학교 운영교, 인공지능 정보교육 이끎학교 운영교, 인공지능 융합교육전공 대학원 진학 희망 교원 등 미래교육 핵심 인력을 우선 선정했다. 전영배 미래인재과장은 11월 12일 아산 캠코 인재개발원 개회식에서 "인공지능은 교사를 대체하는 기술이 아니라 교사의 역량을 강화하는 조력자"라며 "학생의 눈빛과 마음을 읽는 일은 인공지능이 결코 대신할 수 없는 영역"이라고 강조했다. 충남교육청 관계자는 "인공지능 기반 교실혁명은 선택이 아닌 필수"라며 "교원이 미래 교육에 대비할 수 있도록 지속적 지원을 확대할 것"이라고 말했다.

The program, titled "Digital Competency Enhancement (Classroom Revolution) Training for Customized Artificial Intelligence Education System Construction," aims to disseminate the Ministry of Education and provincial offices' AI and digital-based policies to school sites and strengthen teachers' instructional innovation capabilities.
◆ Hybrid 7-Hour Program Combining Online and In-Person Sessions
The training operates across 5 sessions in a hybrid format consisting of 4 hours online and 3 hours in-person. The online training, conducted through Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education's integrated future education platform "Majuon," focuses on AI policy understanding, digital competency elements in the 2022 revised curriculum, and digital-based classroom cases. In-person training emphasizes practical sessions including experiencing AI-based teaching applications and designing and presenting classroom-applicable instructional ideas. Training locations span 5 regional centers in Asan, Cheonan, Dangjin, Nonsan, and Yesan.
◆ Digital Pioneer School Teachers and Future Education Core Personnel Participate
Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education prioritizes recruiting not only teachers interested in digital competency enhancement but also faculty from digital pioneer schools, AI information education leading schools, and teachers planning to pursue graduate degrees in AI convergence education. Jeon Young-bae, Director of the Future Talent Division, stated at the opening ceremony on November 12 at the Asan Camco Human Resources Development Institute: "Artificial intelligence is not a technology to replace teachers, but a supportive tool to enhance teachers' capabilities. The ability to read students' eyes and hearts is a domain that artificial intelligence can never substitute." A Chungcheongnam-do Office of Education official stated, "AI-based classroom revolution is not an option but a necessity," adding "We will expand continuous support so that teachers can prepare for future education."
