◆ 30명 참석 정기회의

음성군은 15일 군청 상황실에서 2025년 하반기 아동참여위원회 정기회의를 개최했다. 아동참여위원회와 아동권리 옴부즈퍼슨, 아동권리교육 실무협의체 위원 등 30여 명이 참석했다. 참석자들은 아동참여 활성화와 권리증진을 위한 다양한 논의를 진행했다. 음성군은 신규 아동참여위원 11명에게 위촉장을, 우수 활동 유공자 5명에게 군수 표창장을 전달했다.

◆ 아동권리 웹툰 제작 결정

아동참여위원회와 아동권리 옴부즈퍼슨, 아동권리교육 실무협의체 등 3개 기구가 일상생활 속 아동 권리 침해 사례에 대해 논의했다. 참석자들은 다양한 아동 권리 침해 사례와 아이들의 경험을 공유하며 아동들이 가장 공감할 수 있는 주제를 선정했다. 음성군은 자체 아동권리 웹툰을 제작하기로 결정했다. 제작된 웹툰은 음성군의 아동권리 교육과 홍보자료로 지역사회에 활용될 예정이다.

◆ 아동 정책 제안 시간 마련

아동참여위원회 소속 아동들이 직접 느낀 어려움과 개선이 필요한 부분에 대해 정책을 제안하는 시간이 마련됐다. 음성군은 아동의 목소리가 군정에 지속적으로 반영될 수 있도록 협력체계를 강화하고 아동 친화적인 정책과 다양한 참여 사업을 추진할 계획이다. 군 관계자는 "아동들이 주체적으로 참여하는 이런 자리가 실질적인 변화를 이끈다"며 "아동 권리 증진에 관심과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆30 Attendees at Regular Meeting

Eumseong-gun held the 2025 second half Children's Participation Committee regular meeting on the 15th at the county office situation room. Approximately 30 people attended, including Children's Participation Committee members, Children's Rights Ombudsperson, and Children's Rights Education Working Council members. Attendees conducted various discussions for activating children's participation and promoting rights. Eumseong-gun presented appointment certificates to 11 new Children's Participation Committee members and county head commendations to 5 outstanding contributors.

◆Decision to Produce Children's Rights Webtoon

The three organizations including the Children's Participation Committee, Children's Rights Ombudsperson, and Children's Rights Education Working Council discussed cases of children's rights violations in daily life. Participants shared various children's rights violation cases and children's experiences, selecting topics that children could most empathize with. Eumseong-gun decided to produce its own children's rights webtoon. The produced webtoon will be utilized in the local community as educational and promotional material for children's rights in Eumseong-gun.

◆Time for Children's Policy Proposals

Time was arranged for children belonging to the Children's Participation Committee to propose policies on difficulties they directly experienced and areas needing improvement. Eumseong-gun plans to strengthen the cooperation system so that children's voices can be continuously reflected in county administration and promote child-friendly policies and various participation projects. A county official stated, "Such occasions where children participate independently lead to practical changes," and "We will not spare interest and support for promoting children's rights."
