◆교육 개요 및 목적
홍성군은 11월 3일부터 5일까지 3일간 충남홍성지역자활센터 회의실에서 신규 의료급여 수급권자 280여 명을 대상으로 의료급여제도 및 부정수급 예방 교육을 실시했다. 홍성군은 매년 의료급여 자격을 새롭게 취득한 수급권자의 적정한 의료 이용을 유도하고 자가 건강관리 능력을 향상시키기 위해 교육을 시행하고 있다.
◆교육 내용 및 구성
올해 교육은 의료급여 현금지원, 연장승인 및 선택의료급여기관 제도, 복지급여 부정수급 예방, 자가 건강관리 및 올바른 약물 투약 방법 등으로 구성했다. 홍성군은 신규 의료급여 수급권자가 의료급여 제도 전반을 이해할 수 있도록 사례 중심으로 교육을 진행했다.
◆향후 계획
박성래 복지정책과장은 "이번 교육을 통해 신규 의료급여 수급권자가 의료급여 제도를 이해하고 신뢰성을 높이는 계기가 되었다"며 "앞으로 전문성 있는 의료급여 지원과 재정 절감을 위해 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

◆Training Overview and Purpose
Hongseong-gun conducted medical benefit system and fraud prevention training for approximately 280 new medical benefit beneficiaries at the Chungnam Hongseong Regional Self-Reliance Center conference room for three days from November 3 to 5. Hongseong-gun implements annual training to guide newly qualified medical benefit beneficiaries toward appropriate medical use and improve self-health management capabilities.
◆Training Content and Composition
This year's training consisted of medical benefit cash support, extension approval and designated medical benefit institution system, welfare benefit fraud prevention, self-health management, and proper medication administration methods. Hongseong-gun organized the training around case studies to help new medical benefit beneficiaries understand the overall medical benefit system.
◆Future Plans
Park Seong-rae, Director of the Welfare Policy Division, stated, "This training provided an opportunity for new medical benefit beneficiaries to understand the medical benefit system and increase trust," adding, "We will do our best to provide professional medical benefit support and reduce finances in the future."
