◆연찬회 개요
충남교육청(교육감 김지철)은 2024년 11월 4일 화요일부터 11월 5일 수요일까지 충남 부여군 롯데리조트에서 도내 초등학교·특수학교 늘봄지원실장 79명과 도교육청·교육지원청 관계자 등 총 100여 명이 참석한 가운데 2025 충남 늘봄지원실장 연찬회를 개최했다. 충남교육청은 이번 연찬회를 통해 늘봄학교 운영 성과를 공유하고 2026 충남교육 정책 방향을 논의했다.
◆첫 날 주요 내용
충남교육청은 첫 날 참석자에게 △2026 충남교육정책 및 늘봄 추진 방향 △늘봄학교 회계 운영 △청렴 기반 운영 방안을 실무 중심으로 안내했다. 참석자들은 △과대·과밀학급 현황 △학령인구 감소 대응 △지자체 협력 방안 등을 분임토의에서 논의했다. 충남교육청은 오케스트라 공연 등 정서 회복 프로그램도 운영했다.
◆둘째 날 주요 내용 및 계획
둘째 날 참석자들은 △상명대학교 유재필 교수의 대학 연계 RISE 늘봄 프로그램 사례 △한국과학창의재단 김보경 연구원의 늘봄허브 활용 방안 특강을 통해 대학·지역사회 협력 모델을 공유했다. 김지철 교육감은 “늘봄지원실장이 협력을 기반으로 학생 성장을 지원하는 충남교육의 미래를 설계하기 바란다”고 밝혔다. 충남교육청은 앞으로 업무담당자 역량을 강화하고, 지역 특성에 기반한 돌봄교육 모델을 확산할 계획이다.

◆Overview of the Workshop
The Chungnam Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol) held the 2025 Chungnam Neulbom Support Office Workshop from Tuesday, November 4, 2024, to Wednesday, November 5, 2024, at Lotte Resort in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. ◆Key Activities on Day One
On the first day, participants received practical sessions on the 2026 Chungnam Education Policy and Neulbom implementation plan, Neulbom School budget management, and integrity-based operational strategies. They also discussed on-site issues such as oversized and overcrowded classes, declining school-age population, and cooperation models with local governments through group discussions. The program included an orchestra performance designed to support participants’ emotional recovery.
◆Key Activities on Day Two and Future Plans
On the second day, participants attended a lecture on university-linked RISE Neulbom program cases by Professor Yu Jae-pil of Sangmyung University and another on Neulbom Hub utilization strategies by Researcher Kim Bo-kyung of the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity. They reviewed potential cooperation models between universities and local communities. Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol encouraged participants to collaboratively design the future of Chungnam education. The Chungnam Office of Education plans to strengthen staff competencies and expand flexible care-education models reflecting local characteristics.
