◆ 실전형 특별훈련 진행

세종소방본부(본부장 박태원)는 지난 3일 충북 충주시 도시탐색구조 종합훈련장에서 복합재난 대응 특별구조훈련을 실시했다.

이번 훈련은 지진과 테러, 붕괴사고 등 도심 재난 상황을 가정했다. 세종소방본부는 신속한 현장 대응능력을 높이기 위해 이번 훈련을 마련했다.

◆ 첨단장비 활용한 실전 훈련

훈련은 드론을 포함한 첨단장비를 활용해 실제 재난 상황과 유사하게 진행했다.

주요 훈련 내용은 드론을 이용한 정보 수집과 상황 전파, 붕괴 구조물 안정화 및 지지, 대형 유압장비를 활용한 벽체 천공, 첨단장비 운용을 통한 구조대상자 탐색 등이다.

◆ "실질적 대응능력 향상"

박광찬 대응예방과장은 "이번 훈련은 실제 현장과 유사한 여건에서 진행해 구조대원의 실질적 대응능력을 향상시켰다"고 밝혔다.

박 과장은 "시민 생명과 안전을 지키기 위해 다양한 재난 대응 훈련을 지속 추진하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

Key training activities included information collection and situation reporting using drones, stabilization and support of collapsed structures, wall drilling using large hydraulic equipment, and search for rescue targets through advanced equipment operation.

Park Kwang-chan, head of the Response and Prevention Division, stated that "this training improved rescue workers' practical response capabilities by conducting it under conditions similar to actual sites."
