충북 괴산군(군수 송인헌)은 오는 11월 7일부터 9일까지 3일간 괴산스포츠타운과 청소년수련원 축구장에서 '2025 자연울림괴산 전국 유소년축구대회'를 개최한다고 30일 밝혔다.

이번 대회는 (사)한국유소년축구협회와 괴산군체육회가 공동 주최하고, (사)한국유소년축구협회 및 괴산군축구협회가 주관한다.

전국 각지에서 총 70개 팀, 선수 및 임원, 학부모 등 2,000여명이 참가할 예정이다.

◆개막식 및 경기 운영

7일 오후 2시에는 괴산스포츠타운 준공식과 함께 개막식이 열리며, 개막 이후 첫 경기로는 괴산군 대표팀인 강호FC가 출전해 대회의 시작을 알린다.

경기는 학년별로 나뉘어 진행된다. 초등 13학년부는 6인제, 46학년부는 8인제 방식으로 운영되며, 경기의 공정성과 안전성을 확보하기 위해 전문 심판진과 운영 요원이 배치된다.

대회 우승팀에게는 필리핀 뉴클락시티에서 열리는 국제대회 및 동계 해외전지훈련 무상 참가 자격이 주어진다.

이번 대회는 단순한 스포츠 행사를 넘어 지역경제 활성화에도 큰 도움이 될 전망이다.

약 2,000여명의 선수단과 학부모, 관계자들이 3일간 머물며 괴산의 숙박시설, 음식점, 관광지 등을 이용함에 따라 지역 내 소비 촉진과 관광산업 활성화 효과가 기대된다.

올해 새롭게 문을 연 괴산스포츠타운은 총사업비 195억7천만원이 투입된 종합체육시설로, ▲축구장 2면 ▲테니스장 9면 ▲관람석 및 조명시설 ▲주차장 180면 등을 갖췄다. 군은 이를 기반으로 전국 단위 스포츠대회 유치를 확대해 괴산을 스포츠 관광도시로 육성할 계획이다.

송인헌 군수는 "이번 대회는 유소년 선수들에게 꿈과 도전의 무대를 제공함과 동시에 괴산군이 스포츠 도시로 성장하는 밑거름이 될 것"이라며 "참가 선수와 학부모 모두가 안전하고 즐겁게 머물 수 있도록 행정적 지원에 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

Goesan Sports Town, which newly opened this year, is a comprehensive sports facility with a total project cost of 19.57 billion won, equipped with ▲2 soccer fields ▲9 tennis courts ▲viewing stands and lighting facilities ▲180 parking spaces. The county plans to expand hosting of national-level sports competitions based on this and develop Goesan into a sports tourism city.

County Governor Song In-heon stated, "This tournament will provide a stage for dreams and challenges to youth players while also serving as a foundation for Goesan-gun's growth as a sports city," adding, "We will do our best to provide administrative support so that both participating players and parents can stay safely and enjoyably."
