청양군이 22일 군청 접견실에서 NH농협은행 청양군지부와 차기 금고 업무 취급을 위한 약정을 체결했다.
김돈곤 군수가 참석한 이날 약정식에서 NH농협은행 청양군지부는 2027년 1월 1일부터 2030년 12월 31일까지 4년간 청양군 금고 업무를 수행하기로 했다.
청양군은 현행 금고 약정기간이 2026년 12월 31일 만료됨에 따라 차기 군 금고 지정을 위한 공고 절차를 진행했다. NH농협은행 청양군지부 1개 기관이 제안서를 제출했다.
제안서는 청양군 금고지정 심의위원회 심의를 통해 적격성 평가를 받았다. NH농협은행 청양군지부가 차기 군 금고로 최종 선정됐다.
군 금고는 청양군의 일반회계·특별회계·기금에 관한 세입금 수납, 세출금 지급, 유가증권 출납 등 각종 금고업무를 수행한다.
김돈곤 군수는 "그동안 군 금고를 맡아온 노하우를 바탕으로 안정적인 금고 업무를 수행하고, 우리 군 발전을 위해 적극 협력해 주길 바란다"고 밝혔다.
이동수 NH농협은행 청양군지부장은 "청양군의 금고 은행으로서 지역사회 발전에 기여하고, 군민이 믿고 찾을 수 있는 대표 금융기관이 되겠다"고 말했다.

Cheongyang County signed an agreement with the Cheongyang County Branch of NH Nonghyup Bank for next-term treasury services at the county office reception room on the 22nd.
At the signing ceremony attended by County Governor Kim Don-gon, the Cheongyang County Branch of NH Nonghyup Bank agreed to perform Cheongyang County's treasury services for four years from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030.
Cheongyang County conducted an announcement procedure for designating the next county treasury as the current treasury agreement period expires on December 31, 2026. The Cheongyang County Branch of NH Nonghyup Bank was the only institution to submit a proposal.
The proposal underwent eligibility evaluation through the deliberation of the Cheongyang County Treasury Designation Review Committee. The Cheongyang County Branch of NH Nonghyup Bank was finally selected as the next county treasury.
The county treasury will perform various treasury operations including collection of revenue, payment of expenditures, and handling of securities for Cheongyang County's general account, special accounts, and funds.
County Governor Kim Don-gon stated, "Based on the know-how accumulated from handling the county treasury, I hope for stable treasury operations and active cooperation for the development of our county."
Lee Dong-su, head of the Cheongyang County Branch of NH Nonghyup Bank, said, "As Cheongyang County's treasury bank, we will contribute to local community development and become a representative financial institution that county residents can trust and visit."
