위생등급 지정판

당진시(시장 오성환)는 '음식점 위생등급제' 지정 확대를 위해 지정 업소의 혜택을 강화한다고 13일 밝혔다.

음식점 위생등급제 지정업소란 위생 관련 분야에 대해 식품의약품안전처의 평가를 받은 후 매우우수, 우수, 좋음 등급을 받은 음식점을 뜻한다.

현재 당진시의 위생등급 지정업소는 117개소다. 지정업소에는 지정서 게시, 3년간 출입 검사 면제, 10만원 상당 위생용품 지원, 배달 앱과 포털사이트 업소명에 인증 표시 등의 혜택을 부여하고 있다.

시는 내년부터 지정 업소의 혜택을 강화하기 위해 영업장 내 객석 및 조리장, 냉․난방기기와 냉장․냉동고 등의 청소를 지원할 계획이다. 지원 대상은 기존 지정업소 중 기간 연장 신청을 하는 업소다.

당진시 관계자는 "음식점 위생 등급제는 평가 기준이 까다로워 영업주가 많은 노력을 기울여야 하지만, 이에 비해 현재 혜택이 부족하다"며 "내년부터 청소비를 지원해 많은 업소가 위생등급제에 관심을 두고 적극적으로 참여하기를 기대한다"고 밝혔다.

위생등급제 신청을 원하는 영업소는 '식품안전나라' 누리집 접속 또는 환경위생과 위생팀(☎041-360-6652)으로 신청하면 된다.

Starting next year, the city plans to support cleaning of seats and kitchens, air conditioning and heating equipment, refrigerators and freezers in business establishments to strengthen the benefits of designated establishments. The support target is establishments that apply for an extension of the period among existing designated establishments.

A Dangjin City official said, "The restaurant hygiene rating system has strict evaluation standards, so business owners have to make a lot of effort, but the current benefits are insufficient compared to this," and "Starting next year, we expect many businesses to be interested in and actively participate in the hygiene rating system by supporting cleaning costs."
