◆ 장애인 일자리 82명에서 96명으로 증원
예산군이 2026년 장애인 복지 정책을 대폭 확대한다. 군은 13일 장애인 일자리를 2025년 82명에서 2026년 96명으로 14명 늘린다고 밝혔다. 신규 유형으로 발달장애인 요양보호사 보조를 특화형 일자리로 추진한다.
군은 장애인 활동지원서비스도 확대한다. 활동지원사가 가정을 방문해 신체·가사·이동 등을 지원하는 서비스다. 서비스 단가와 가산급여를 인상해 돌봄 사각지대를 해소한다는 방침이다.
◆ 장애인가족지원센터 1월 2일 개소
장애인가족지원센터가 1월 2일 문을 열었다. 센터는 장애인 가족을 위한 통합서비스를 지원한다. 보호자 부재나 위기 상황 발생 시 중증장애인을 대상으로 긴급돌봄 서비스를 제공한다.
군은 2026년 3월부터 65세 이상 장애인과 65세 미만 중증장애인을 대상으로 통합돌봄을 시작한다. 의료·돌봄·주거·복지 서비스를 연계해 제공한다.
◆ 개인예산제 시범사업 지속 추진
군은 장애인 개인예산제 시범사업을 계속 진행한다. 현재 장애인 활동지원 이용자 18명이 참여하고 있다. 개인별 활동지원 지급액의 20%를 일상생활 및 사회활동에 필요한 서비스로 활용할 수 있다.
군 관계자는 "장애인 복지서비스를 적재적소에 연결하고 촘촘하게 살펴 장애인의 삶에 긍정적인 변화를 가져오도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.

◆ Disabled Employment Increases from 82 to 96
Yesan-gun expands welfare policies for disabled residents in 2026. The county announced on the 13th that it will increase jobs for disabled individuals from 82 in 2025 to 96 in 2026, an increase of 14 positions. A new specialized job category for developmental disability nursing assistants will be introduced.
The county will expand activity support services for disabled individuals. Support workers visit homes to provide physical, household, and mobility assistance. The county plans to eliminate care blind spots by raising service rates and additional benefits.
◆ Family Support Center for Disabled Opens January 2
The Family Support Center for Disabled opened on January 2. The center provides integrated services for families of disabled individuals. It offers emergency care services for severely disabled individuals when guardians are absent or crisis situations occur.
Starting in March 2026, the county will launch integrated care for disabled individuals aged 65 and older and severely disabled individuals under 65. The program connects medical, care, housing, and welfare services.
◆ Personal Budget System Pilot Program Continues
The county continues its personal budget system pilot program for disabled individuals. Currently, 18 users of disability activity support services participate. They can use 20% of their individual activity support budget for services needed in daily life and social activities.
A county official said, "We will do our best to connect welfare services for disabled individuals at the right places and examine them thoroughly to bring positive changes to the lives of disabled individuals."
