◆ 인구유입 기반 도시성장
금산군은 100개 마을 만들기 프로젝트를 추진해 농촌 공간 정비와 마을 경관 개선, 생활 사회간접자본(SOC) 확충을 연계한다. 일자리, 주거, 문화를 융합한 인구정책을 전개할 방침이다.
아토피자연치유마을, 충남형 리브투게더, 상리뉴빌리지사업 등 주민정주 프로젝트를 동시에 진행한다. 청년정착 '모여유' 타운 건립과 청년 셰어하우스 조성으로 청년층 유입 기반을 마련한다. 지역 기반 미래인재 양성과 평생학습 교육 투자도 대폭 강화한다.
◆ 인삼·특화농업·관광 선순환 구조
금산군은 세계인삼수도 브랜드 가치 강화를 위해 고품질 인삼 생산 지원부터 소비 촉진, 신제품 개발, 판로개척, 안전 유통 체계 구축까지 추진한다.
기후변화와 농업시장 변화에 대응하기 위해 고품질 작목과 신소득 작목을 집중 육성한다. 소상공인 지원, 중소기업 경영안정자금, 농공단지 노후시설 정비, 물류비 지원, 인삼약초특화농공단지 복합문화센터 건립에 박차를 가한다.
금강 방우리 생태탐방로, 월영산 출렁다리 부대시설 등 관광인프라를 확충하고 지역축제와 연계한 관광상품을 개발한다.
◆ 주민생활 편의·보건복지 강화
금산군은 도시가스 보급, 10개 읍면 노후 상수도 개선, 농어촌 용수 개발 및 지방상수도 확충으로 주민 생활 불편을 해소한다.
스마트도시 안전 통합플랫폼을 구축하고 기존 안전사고 발생 지역을 특별관리지역으로 지정해 안전 시책을 시행한다. 기후대응 도시숲과 향토숲을 조성하고 농촌 마을 하수도 정비사업을 추진한다.
공원과 체육시설 복합 조성으로 건강생활 기반을 마련한다. 장애인복지관과 반다비체육센터를 연계해 체육·재활·복지가 결합한 지역복지거점으로 육성한다. 디지털 기술을 활용한 클라우드 행정정보시스템 전환과 인공지능(AI)-사물인터넷(IoT) 기반 어르신 건강관리 서비스를 실시한다. 보건소와 행복드림센터는 일정대로 완공할 계획이다.

◆ Building Population Inflow Foundation
Geumsan County will implement a 100-village development project linking rural space improvement, village landscape enhancement, and expansion of living infrastructure. The county plans to develop population policies integrating employment, housing, and culture.
The county will simultaneously advance resident settlement projects including Atopy Natural Healing Village, Chungnam-style "Live Together," and Sangri New Village. It will establish the youth settlement "Moyeo-yu" Town and construct youth share houses to build the foundation for youth population inflow. The county will significantly strengthen education investment in local talent development and lifelong learning.
◆ Establishing Ginseng, Specialized Agriculture, and Tourism Virtuous Cycle
To strengthen the brand value of Geumsan as the world's ginseng capital, the county will support high-quality ginseng production, promote consumption, develop new products, pioneer sales channels, and establish safe distribution systems.
In response to climate change and agricultural market shifts, the county will intensively cultivate high-quality crops and new income-generating crops. It will accelerate support for small business owners, provide management stabilization funds for small and medium enterprises, renovate aging facilities in agricultural complexes, provide logistics cost support, and construct a multipurpose cultural center in the Ginseng and Medicinal Herb Specialized Industrial Complex.
The county will expand tourism infrastructure including the Geumgang Banguri Eco-Trail and ancillary facilities for the Wol-yeongsan Suspension Bridge, and develop tourism products linked to local festivals.
◆ Strengthening Resident Convenience and Public Health Services
Geumsan County will resolve resident living inconveniences through city gas supply, improvement of aging water systems in 10 eups and myeons, rural water development, and expansion of local water systems.
The county will construct a smart city safety integrated platform and designate existing accident-prone areas as special management zones to implement safety measures. It will create climate-responsive urban forests and indigenous forests while advancing rural village sewage improvement projects.
The county will establish a foundation for healthy living through combined park and sports facility development. It will cultivate the Disabled Welfare Center and Bandavi Sports Center as regional welfare hubs combining sports, rehabilitation, and welfare services. The county will implement cloud-based administrative information system conversion utilizing digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI)-Internet of Things (IoT) based health management services for elderly residents. The Health Center and Happy Dream Center will be completed on schedule.
