◆ 새 사무처장 취임
충청북도의회는 1월 1일 문석구 사무처장을 공식 취임했다. 문 사무처장은 다년간 공직 경험과 풍부한 행정 역량을 갖춘 행정 전문가로 평가받고 있다. 조직 관리와 의정 지원 체계 개선에 강점을 지니고 있으며, 도의회의 전문성과 경쟁력 강화에 중추적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.
◆ 경력 20년 이상의 행정 전문가
문석구 사무처장은 충청북도 청주 출신이다. 충북대학교 전기공학과를 졸업하고 2002년 지방고시 8회를 통해 공직에 입문했다. 충청북도 자치행정과장, 괴산군 부군수, 진천군 부군수, 투자유치국장, 환경산림국장 등을 역임하며 20년 이상 행정 경험을 쌓았다.
◆ "도민 눈높이에 맞춘 의정활동 지원"
문석구 사무처장은 취임 소감에서 "지방의회의 역할과 책임이 그 어느 때보다 중요한 시기"라고 말했다. 그는 "의원들의 원활한 의정활동을 지원하는 데 모든 역량을 집중하겠다"며 "직원 중심의 소통과 협업을 통해 신뢰받는 의회사무처를 만들어 가겠다"고 강조했다. 또한 "지방의회법 제정 논의 등 지방의회 현안에 능동적으로 대응하고, 이양섭 의장을 비롯한 35명의 도의원들이 도민의 눈높이에 맞춰 적극적이고 책임 있는 의정활동을 펼칠 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"고 덧붙였다.
충청북도의회는 이번 취임을 계기로 의정 지원 기능을 강화하고 도민과 함께하는 열린 의회 구현을 위해 지속적으로 노력할 계획이다.

The Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Assembly officially inaugurated Moon Seok-gu as Administrative Director on January 1. Director Moon is recognized as an administrative expert with extensive public service experience and abundant administrative capabilities. He possesses strengths in organizational management and improvement of legislative support systems and is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing the expertise and competitiveness of the provincial assembly.
◆ Administrative Professional with Over 20 Years of Experience
Moon Seok-gu is a native of Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do. He graduated from Chungbuk National University's Department of Electrical Engineering and entered public service through the 8th Local Civil Service Examination in 2002. He has accumulated over 20 years of administrative experience, serving as Director of Self-Governing Administration of Chungcheongbuk-do, Vice Governor of Goesan County, Vice Governor of Jincheon County, Director of Investment Attraction, and Director of Environment and Forestry.
◆ "Supporting Legislative Activities in Line with Citizens' Expectations"
Director Moon Seok-gu stated in his inaugural address, "The role and responsibility of provincial assemblies are more important than ever." He emphasized, "I will concentrate all efforts on supporting smooth legislative activities of assembly members" and "I will build a trustworthy assembly secretariat through communication and collaboration centered on staff." He added, "I will actively respond to pending issues of the provincial assembly, including discussions on the enactment of the Local Assembly Act, and do my best to enable 35 provincial assembly members, including Chairman Lee Yang-seop, to pursue vigorous and accountable legislative activities in line with citizens' expectations and realize better lives and economic development of Chungcheongbuk-do."
The Chungcheongbuk-do Provincial Assembly plans to strengthen legislative support functions through this appointment and continue efforts to implement an open assembly working with citizens.
