◆ 대전 소상공인 68% 경영 악화…폐업률 전국 평균 상회

대전시가 소상공인과 전통시장 경영 안정을 위해 총 945억원 규모 지원 대책을 추진한다. 6일 시에 따르면 대전지역 소상공업체는 총 16만1000곳이며 이중 개인사업체가 90.7%를 차지한다. 매출액 5000만원 미만 영세 사업체는 45.2%에 달한다. 국세청 국세통계에 따르면 대전 사업체 폐업률은 2023년 8.72%에서 2024년 9.64%, 지난해 9.85%로 증가해 전국 평균보다 높았다. 대전 소상공인 68%가 경영 악화에 시달리고 있다.

◆ 초저금리 자금 6000억원·경영위기극복 특례보증 3150억원 공급

시는 금융자금, 고정비, 소비촉진 등 3대 핵심 지원책을 발표했다. 대전형 초저금리 자금을 지난해 4000억원에서 올해 6000억원으로 확대한다. 업체당 최대 7000만원 한도 내에서 2년간 연 2.7% 이자를 지원한다. 저신용·저소득 상공인까지 대상을 확대한 경영위기극복 특례보증 3150억원은 시와 6대 금융기관이 공동 출연한 210억원을 기반으로 이날부터 시행에 들어갔다. 초저금리 특별자금 2850억원은 13개 시중은행과 함께 연중 공급한다.

◆ 영세 소상공인 고정비 지원…임대료 30만원·인건비 150만원

시는 전년 매출액 1억400만원 미만 소상공인에게 업체당 최대 30만원을 3월 말까지 지원한다. 연매출 8000만원 미만 소상공인에게는 임대료 30만원을 지원한다. 근로자 신규 채용 소상공인은 매출 규모와 관계없이 근로자 1인당 150만원 인건비를 지원받는다. 시는 작년 한 해 동안 1만7909곳에 업체당 3250만원 자금을 공급했으며 2022~2025년 자금 지원업체에 315억원의 이자부담을 덜어줬다. 이장우 시장은 "소상공인에게 가장 직접적이고 체감도 높은 지원은 적기에 제공되는 경영자금"이라며 "실질적인 금융 부담 완화를 위해 끝까지 책임 있게 지원하겠다"고 말했다.
