◆ 준공 완료, 50년 노후산단 새 도약

대전 대덕구 대화동 461-1번지 대전산업단지 재생사업 활성화구역 1단계가 준공됐다. 국토교통부와 대전시가 투입한 총사업비 996억 원으로 갑천변 노후 지역 99,194㎡(약 3만 평)에 조성된 사업이다. 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 사업시행자로 참여했다. 50년 이상 노후화된 대전산단이 청년과 기업이 모이는 첨단산단으로 탈바꿈하는 첫 단계 완료 선언이다.

◆ G밸리 수준 첨단산단 목표

활성화구역 1단계는 2020년대 초반 국토부 상상허브단지 활성화 공모사업으로 선정됐다. 네거티브 방식의 유치업종 계획을 수립해 기존 대전산단과 차별화를 추진했다. 지식산업센터와 근린시설을 도입해 기업 입주를 유연하게 계획함으로써 서울 G밸리 수준의 첨단산단 조성을 목표 삼았다. 3대 하천과 연계한 입체적 경관과 상징적 스카이라인으로 미래 지향적 건축물 외관을 연출할 계획이다.

◆ 분양 83% 완료, 1,515명 고용 기대

조성된 구역은 복합용지 13필지, 상업·지원시설용지 6필지, 주차장, 도로로 구성됐다. 복합용지 83%가 분양 완료됐으며 스마트 공영주차장과 2개 입주기업은 건축공사를 진행 중이다. 코스닥 상장기업 링크솔루션과 케이쓰리아이 등 첨단·바이오 기업들이 입주할 예정이다. 우수 유망 기업 입주 완료 시 1,515명 고용 파급효과와 1조 4,711억 원 경제적 파급효과가 발생할 것으로 대전시는 예측했다.

Multi-use plots have achieved 83% sales completion, with smart public parking and two tenant companies currently under construction. Planned tenants include KOSDAQ-listed companies such as Link Solution and K3AI, specializing in advanced technology and biotechnology sectors. Upon completion of premium enterprise occupancy, Daejeon projects an employment ripple effect of 1,515 jobs and an economic impact of 1.47 trillion won.

Daejeon Mayor Lee Jang-woo stated: "This project goes beyond infrastructure expansion and land reconfiguration, positioning the industrial complex to immediately respond to rapidly changing industrial environments while growing alongside the city."
