대한적십자사봉사회 옥천군협의회(회장 김성근)가 12월 11일부터 15일까지 4박 5일간 베트남 하노이에서 국제협력활동을 실시했다. 옥천군협의회 회원 21명이 이번 봉사단에 참여했다.

The volunteer team delivered relief supplies to vulnerable populations in the local community. The team conducted volunteer activities at the Disabled Children's Nursery Center and engaged with Vietnamese residents.
