◆ 실용·포용 교육 비전 발표
윤건영 충북도교육감은 29일 충북도교육청 브리핑룸에서 기자회견을 열고 "2026년에는 실용과 포용의 두 기치를 내걸고 충북 교육의 대전환을 이루겠다"고 밝혔다. 윤 교육감은 "'현장의 문제는 현장에 답이 있다'는 실용적 관점으로 학생들이 시행착오 속에 방향을 잡고 나아갈 수 있도록 길을 마련하겠다"고 말했다.
◆ 실용 교육 4대 정책
윤 교육감은 실용 교육을 위한 4대 정책을 제시했다. 첫째, 예술교육을 확대한다. 둘째, 문해력 강화를 위한 한자교육을 도입한다. 셋째, 다채움 2.0을 활용해 AI 역량을 함양한다. 넷째, 진학과 취업 중심의 공교육을 확립한다. 윤 교육감은 "실용 교육을 위한 정책을 적극 추진하겠다"고 강조했다.

◆ 포용 교육으로 모든 아이 품는다
윤 교육감은 "모든 아이를 차별 없이 품고 다름을 존중하는 포용의 자세를 갖추겠다"고 강조했다. 충북교육청은 기초학력 전담 교사 증원, 바른언어 생활 교육 강화, 사회정서교육, 영유아 무상교육 및 보육비 지원 등 포용 교육 정책을 추진한다. 윤 교육감은 "충북교육이 대한민국에서 가장 앞서가고 우뚝 서는 그날까지 소명과 책임을 멈추지 않겠다"고 말했다.

Superintendent Yoon presented four major policies for practical education. First, expand arts education. Second, introduce Chinese character education to strengthen literacy. Third, cultivate AI capabilities using Dachaeum 2.0. Fourth, establish public education centered on academic advancement and employment. Superintendent Yoon emphasized, "We will actively promote policies for practical education."
◆ Embracing All Children Through Inclusive Education
Superintendent Yoon emphasized, "We will embrace all children without discrimination and adopt an inclusive attitude that respects differences." The Chungbuk Office of Education will promote inclusive education policies including increasing dedicated basic education teachers, strengthening proper language education, social-emotional education, and free early childhood education and childcare expense support. Superintendent Yoon stated, "We will not stop our mission and responsibility until Chungbuk education stands at the forefront of South Korea."
