◆행사 개요와 참여 규모

대제중학교(교장 김해광)는 2025년 12월 26일 금요일 전교생을 대상으로 '행복한 진로 Talk Concert: 선배와의 만남'을 개최했다. 학교 출신 대학생 졸업생들을 초청해 진행한 이번 행사에는 18개 학과(간호학, 건축공학, 관광경영, 교육학, 국어국문학, 국제관계학, 기계공학, 로봇공학, 사학, 수학교육, 신학, 응급구조, 작업치료학, 전기전자공학, 전자공학, 특수교육, 항공우주공학, 화학교육)에 재학 중인 졸업생들이 참석했다. 행사는 3시간 동안 진행됐다.

◆맞춤형 강의와 상호작용 프로그램

재학생들은 사전에 관심 학과를 1순위, 2순위로 신청해 맞춤형 강의 2시간을 들었다. 학생들은 대학 생활, 학과 정보, 중고등학교 시절의 학습 방법과 생활 관리 등을 주제로 선배들과 만났다. 강의 후 재학생들은 학급에서 배운 내용을 발표하며 전공학과에 대한 정보, 학습 방법, 진로 방향을 얻었다. 선배들은 진로 목표 설정 방법과 탐색 전략까지 구체적으로 설명했다.

◆학생들의 긍정적 반응과 교육적 의미

3학년 윤 학생은 "교육학과와 특수교육과 강의를 통해 교육 관련 분야의 다양성을 알게 돼 진로 선택에 도움을 받았다"고 말했다. 1학년 엄 학생은 "물리치료학과와 작업치료학과의 차이를 처음 알았고, 고령화 사회에서 의료보건 분야의 전망을 이해하는 계기가 됐다"고 평가했다. 참여 졸업생은 "후배들의 열정 어린 태도를 보며 나도 선배처럼 언젠가 학교를 찾아와야겠다는 다짐을 했다"고 소감을 전했다. 이번 행사는 학생들이 미래를 설계하고 꿈을 구체화하는 실질적 기회를 제공했다.

Daeje Middle School (Principal Kim Hae-gwang) held a "Happy Career Talk Concert: Meeting with Seniors" on Friday, December 26, 2025, for all students. A first-year student stated, "I learned for the first time the difference between physical therapy and occupational therapy, and it helped me understand the prospects of the medical and health field in an aging society." A participating alumnus shared, "Seeing my juniors' enthusiasm made me determined to visit the school again as a senior, just like my seniors did." The event provided students with practical opportunities to plan their futures and concretize their dreams.
