◆ 충주교육지원청·건국대 글로컬캠퍼스 성장 지원금 전달식 개최
충청북도충주교육지원청(교육장 이정훈)은 12월 29일 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스(GLOCAL부총장 최영근)와 함께 지역 초등학생들의 성장 지원금 전달식을 진행했다고 밝혔다. 건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스는 지역 내 학생들의 건강한 성장을 돕고 교육활동에 집중할 수 있는 여건을 조성하기 위해 2023년부터 맞춤형 지원 활동을 지속해 오고 있다.

이정훈 충주교육지원청 교육장은 "지역 대학과의 협력을 통해 학생들에게 실질적인 도움을 제공할 수 있어 매우 뜻깊게 생각한다"고 밝혔다. 이 교육장은 "앞으로도 지역사회와 함께하는 교육복지 협력 체계를 확대하여 모든 학생이 안정적인 환경에서 성장할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다"고 말했다.

건국대학교 글로컬캠퍼스 이창진 대외협력처장은 "지역의 교육기관으로서 교육지원청과 함께 지역 인재 양성과 학생들의 건강한 성장을 위해 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 이어가겠다"고 전했다. 충주교육지원청은 학생맞춤통합지원 체계 구축을 위해 지역 유관기관과 연계하여 교육·복지 사각지대를 해소하고 학생 중심의 통합적 지원을 통해 교육복지 안전망 구축에 힘쓰고 있다.
