이금선 위원장은 북부여성가족원 장난감 도서관 홍보 강화와 장난감 확충을 촉구했다. 이상래 의원(국민의힘, 동구2)은 동구·중구 지역 유아 대상 도서관과의 연계를 통해 장난감 대여사업 지속 방안 마련을 촉구했다. 한편 김민숙 의원(더불어민주당, 비례대표, 부위원장)은 양성평등기금과 청소년사업 재원이 일반회계와 기금 간 반복 전환되는 점을 지적하며 기금의 본래 목적에 맞는 운영과 안정성 확보를 주문했다. 이상래 의원은 양성평등기금과 청소년육성기금 감소 추세를 언급하며 기금 운용의 구체적 목표 설정과 철저한 관리 필요성을 강조했다.
◆ 지역산업연계 사업·도서관 관리 체계화 촉구
민경배 의원(국민의힘, 중구3)은 대전시 관내 공공도서관 미등록 현황을 확인하고 라이즈(RISE, 지역혁신중심 대학지원체계) 사업 관련 조례 제정 지연을 지적했다. 라이즈위원회 구성 시 시의원 포함을 주문했다. 김진오 의원(국민의힘, 서구1)은 청년근로자 기숙사 노후화에 따른 수선비용 증가를 언급하며 장기적 비용 마련 방안 마련을 강조했다. 김민숙 의원은 고등학교 무상교육비 자치단체 간 분담률 결정 경과를 질의하고 지역 여건을 고려한 재검토 필요성을 제기했다.

Councilor Kim Jin-o (People Power Party, Seo District 1) cited aging conditions at youth worker dormitories and rising repair costs, emphasizing the need for long-term funding strategies. Councilor Kim Min-suk questioned the process of determining cost-sharing rates among local governments for tuition-free high school education and raised the need for reconsideration reflecting regional circumstances.
