◆ 논산시 무료 검진 실시

◆ 상시 지원체계로 건강 보호 확대
논산시는 의료 사각지대에 놓인 외국인 근로자의 건강권 보장이 산업 현장 생산성 향상과 감염병 예방의 필수 요소로 본다. 몽골 날라이흐구, 인도네시아 말랑시 등 해외 결연 도시와 협력해 계절근로자를 안정적으로 유치하고 있으며, 매년 지속적인 건강검진과 교육을 통해 상시 지원체계를 운영할 계획이다.

The checkup program comprised 19 types of precision tests: 12 blood tests, 2 urine tests, and 5 special tests, plus X-ray imaging for tuberculosis screening. The city minimized waiting times through advance reservations and eliminated language barriers via interpretation support. Infectious disease prevention education covered tick-borne diseases, tuberculosis, AIDS, and other legal infectious diseases. Researchers from the Chungcheong Disease Response Center participated directly to enhance educational understanding.

Nonsan City recognizes that ensuring health rights for foreign workers in medical service gaps is essential to improving workforce productivity and preventing infectious diseases. Collaborating with sister cities including Nalaihkhu, Mongolia and Malang, Indonesia, the city stably recruits seasonal agricultural workers and operates a continuous support system through annual health checkups and education programs.
