◆ 충남청년센터 11월 21일 행사 개최
충남평생교육인재육성진흥원 소속 충남청년센터는 11월 21일 서산 베니키아호텔 스텔라홀에서 2025년 4분기 지역청년성장협의회와 2025 충남청년네트워킹데이를 개최했다. 행사에 도·시군 관계자와 참여 청년 220명이 참석했다.
◆ 12개 시군 청년 정책 성과 공유
지역청년성장협의회에서는 충남청년센터와 도·시군 청년정책 담당자가 참석해 2025년 고용노동부 청년사업 운영 성과를 공유했다. 참석자들은 2026년 청년정책 운영 방향을 협의하고 사업 운영 과정에서 도출된 사례와 개선 방향을 논의했다. 충남 청년 지원 확대를 위한 협력 방안도 정했다.
◆ 청년도전·성장·직장적응 사업 참여자 한자리 모여
청년네트워킹데이에는 청년도전지원사업, 청년성장프로젝트, 직장적응지원사업 등 3개 주요 청년정책사업에 참여한 12개 시군 청년이 모여 한해를 마무리했다. 행사는 충남청년정책 우수사례 수기 공모 시상, 또래지원단 '너도프로젝트' 활동 우수자 시상, 청년 멘토 특강, 자신감 회복 체험 프로그램, 참여형 이벤트 및 럭키드로우 등으로 진행됐다.
강현정 충남청년센터장은 "한해를 마무리하며 도전과 성장을 이어온 충남 청년과 정책 관계자가 함께 성과를 공유할 수 있어 의미 있다"며 "앞으로 청년들이 서로의 삶을 응원하고 지속 가능한 네트워크를 형성할 수 있도록 다양한 교류 기반을 마련하겠다"고 말했다.

◆ Chungnam Youth Center Hosts Event on November 21
Chungnam Youth Center, a subsidiary of Chungnam Lifelong Education Talent Development Promotion Institute, held the 2025 Fourth Quarter Regional Youth Growth Council and 2025 Chungnam Youth Networking Day on November 21 at Benikea Hotel Stella Hall in Seosan. The event attracted 220 attendees including officials from the province and city/county governments and participating youth.
◆ Policy Achievements Shared Across 12 Cities and Counties
The Regional Youth Growth Council brought together Chungnam Youth Center officials and youth policy administrators from the province and cities/counties to share the 2025 operational results of the Ministry of Employment and Labor's youth projects. Attendees discussed the 2026 youth policy operational direction and shared cases and improvement directions identified during project implementation. The group also established collaboration methods to expand support for Chungnam youth.
◆ Youth Program Participants Gather To Conclude the Year
The Youth Networking Day brought together youth from 12 cities and counties who participated in three major youth policy programs including the Youth Challenge Support Project, Youth Growth Project, and Workplace Adaptation Support Project to conclude the year. The event featured awards for outstanding Chungnam youth policy success stories, recognition of outstanding peer support group 'Nuh-Do Project' participants, youth mentoring lectures, confidence-building experience programs, and interactive events and lucky draws.
Hyun-jung Kang, director of Chungnam Youth Center, stated, "As we conclude the year, it was meaningful to share achievements together with Chungnam youth and policy officials who have continued their challenges and growth." She added, "Going forward, we will establish various exchange platforms so that youth can support each other's lives and form a sustainable network."
