천안교육지원청, 물품 관리 투명성·효율성 강화 연수 추진

◆ 역량 강화 연수 실시

충청남도천안교육지원청 차덕환 교육장은 관내 학교 및 기관의 물품 관리 담당자를 대상으로 2025년 물품 관리 역량 강화 연수를 실시했다. 연수는 물품관리 업무에 대한 담당자의 이해도를 높이고 관련 법령 및 절차에 대한 이해를 제고하기 위해 마련됐다. 실무 경험을 기반으로 한 사례 중심 교육을 통해 현장에서 발생하는 어려움을 구체적으로 해결하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

천안교육지원청은 연수를 통해 물품 관리 담당자들의 책임성을 강화하고 업무 투명성을 확보하는 데 집중했다. 장동묵 행정국장은 "물품 관리의 전문성과 투명성은 행정 신뢰도 향상과 직결된다"며 "이번 연수가 담당자들의 실무역량을 높이는 데 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다"고 말했다. 연수 내용은 물품 관리 기준 체계화에 중점을 뒀으며, 각 기관의 현장 실무에 바로 적용 가능한 사례들을 중심으로 구성됐다.
